Since Megan Fox and MGK have become one of Hollywood's IT couples, her ex Brian Austin Green has also moved on.
He posted a photo with girlfriend Sharna Burgess, and fans can't tell if Fox's comment on the photo is shady or genuine. Some say she sounds supportive, as long as Sharna has a good relationship with Megan and Brian's children.
The Instagram Comment
Green captioned a sweet kissing photo of him and Burgess, "It’s been a really long time since I’ve been with someone I can truly share life with." First off, that sounds like a healthier caption than the last time he slighted MGK and Megan Fox's relationship.
That was when Fox and Kelly posted a mirror selfie, and Green proceeded to posts a picture with his and Fox's kids using the same caption. Immaturity at its finest!
Now, fans via Deuxmoi's Reddit are discussing if Fox's comment is taking the high road. We assume she's unbothered by her ex's relationship, even happy that now he doesn't have time to focus on her.
Fox commented under the photo, "Grateful for Sharna," complete with a purple heart. Megan is into the meaning of chakra colors and all things spirituality. If we're really digging and contemplating the color of the chosen heart, it's one of peace and empathy. Purple is a good sign.
A fan wrote via Reddit, "If Sharna interacts with Megan's kids, I'd say it's not shade. I know peoples' moms who would say the same thing about their ex's SO just because they're so good with the kids."
Being The Mature One
Others, however, doubt that Fox is taking the mature route with her comment. Another Deuxmoi member mentioned that she doesn't follow her ex-husband on Instagram, so why did she feel the need to comment on his picture?
Another fan guessed that her feelings towards the new love match is mixed, "An attempt to be genuine — but may, or may not be, harboring the normal jealous feelings anyone might have after seeing an ex with a new significant other."
Sharna's reaction can tell a lot, and she responded to her boyfriend's ex with a string of heart emojis.
That could either be genuine or wanting to seem neutral about the situation. Moving on after a breakup isn't cut and dry, so cordiality is one of the least dramatic options.
