Travis Barker spent Memorial Day Weekend with Kourtney Kardashian and her three children.
The couple had a wholesome time together with the three kids Kourtney shares with her former partner Scott Disick. As she posted a video of Barker riding down a water slide with her children, some users couldn’t help but notice a strange detail in Barker’s swimming attire.
Travis Barker Sports Unusual Outfit To Drift Down A Water Slide
In the clip, the drummer of Blink-182 is seen drifting down a water slide in Palm Springs. At the end of the short video, fans noticed he is still wearing his black denim.
“Travis barker has his jeans on permanently,” one fan wrote on Instagram.
“Only Travis would do that in pants,” was another comment.
“Travis you need some swim trunks,” another fan said.
Some fans suggested that Barker might be wearing pants to cover the scars from his plane accident.
In 2008, the musician was involved in a plane crash that left his body badly burned and killed most of those on board, including three of his close friends. Musician Adam “DJ Am” Goldstein also survived the crash but died from a drug overdose the next year.
One fan, however, pointed out that Barker normally wears shorts.
“He’s always in shorts but now he’s wearing pants to get wet,” they wrote.
“He probably wasn’t prepared to go on a kid slide but did it anyway. He’s an outstanding man,” was another comment.
Fans Are Sad For Barker's Ex-Wife, Shanna Moakler
While many fans praised Barker for being a lovely step-father figure to Kourtney’s kids, some expressed sadness over the drummer’s own kids being reportedly not close to their mother, his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
“You are having fun with someone's kids but your kids are not in good terms with their mother,” one fan commented on the video.
Earlier this month, Moakler said that the two children whom she shares with Barker — Landon Asher, 17, and Alabama Luella, 15 — are calling her an absent mother because of Kourtney. She also said that the musician had an affair with another Kardashian sister, Kim.
My family is broken because of this family, and now my kids and I are alienated from each other because of another sister in the family, so yay for me,” Moakler told TMZ.
"Thanks for destroying my family, twice,” she continued, hinting at the Kardashians.
In the video interview, she also explained that she is on the receiving end of many hateful comments from fans of the Kardashians. She explained she is being “bullied daily” by the staunchest Kardashian lovers.
