It has never before been more clear that the Fast and Furious franchise will never again see Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. It's long been known that he and Vin Diesel have their fair share of differences, but Johnson has officially put fans on notice, letting them know he will absolutely never return, not even for the highly anticipated final installment, and Vin Diesel is to blame.

Not only that, but it seems that Johnson's interactions with Vin Diesel on the set of the movie prevented him from being able to work in a healthy environment, and their communication was explosive both on, and off the screen.

They've exchanged insults on Instagram, and Dwayne Johnson is getting the last word in, he's officially done.

Dwayne Johnson Faces Off Against Vin Diesel

These two men are both powerful in their own ways, but differences in approach seem to have found them butting heads in a toxic manner. Johnson took to Instagram and expressly wrote; "“... There’s no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one...." and went on to say; "My female co-stars are always amazing and I love ’em. My male co-stars however are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t are too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right.”

Dwayne described his issues with Vin Diesel as being; "a fundamental difference in philosophies on how we approach movie-making and collaborating.

Vin has responded to a heated discussion they had by saying; “It took me some time, but I’m grateful for that clarity. Whether we work together again or not. But I wish him all the best, and I harbor no ill will there, just because of the clarity we have.”

That seemed fine, until seconds later when he followed up with; "Actually, you can erase that last part about no ill will.’ We’ll just keep it with the clarity.”

Fans React To The Feud

Fans have been tuned in to their exchanges, and have shared their perspectives on this feud by saying; "Good. That franchise sucked! 😂," "That’s fine, the original cast was the best way anyways. R.I.P Paul Walker," and "I’m so glad hopefully they are done. Hate those movies."

Others said; "Vin will be so stoked to hear this. Haha. Although I love The Rock, it’s not his franchise. It’s about the FAMILY," while others wrote; "He is jealous because the rock is a 10 x better actor than him that's all," and "The ROCK is better. Vin just jealous."

Another person found some equilibrium to offer: "I mean really at this point no one should be doing anymore of these. Like enough already."
