Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still battling it out, five years after the actress filed for divorce from the actor.

While they have already been going through a bitter custody dispute over whether or not Brad can see their six kids, now they are also fighting over shared property.

Reports came out this week that Pitt is suing Jolie because she is trying to share her part of the European winery estate they own.

Pitt Filed A Lawsuit Against His Ex-Wife Yesterday

News just came out that Brad went to court in the country of Luxembourg on Tuesday and filed a lawsuit against Angelina.

In it, he claims she is trying to cut him out of a deal selling her shares of Château Miraval, the French estate they own and were wed at.

Court documents show that Brad originally owned 60% of it, while Jolie owned 40%, Us Weekly reports.

But at some point in their relationship, he gave her 10% of his shares to make them equal owners.

The estate and winery are worth more than $160 million, the lawsuit says.

When the story broke about Pitt, 57, suing Jolie, 46, most people were quick to say that Brad is actually the problem.

Many Twitter users said that he was just doing this as a control tactic since Jolie was the one to file for divorce.

“Lol, so now she cannot sell what’s rightfully hers? Who is he? Her owner? Way to show your controlling abusive self Brad,” one person wrote.

“Brad can't accept Angelina is moving on,” another said.

Another went as far as to call Pitt an "abuser" for trying to block Jolie's moves after they have been separated.

"The abuser is now abusing her with her finances trying to block her to sell her own shares, she bough[t] that before the marriage," the person said.

Others commented on how long they have been embroiled in legal battles with each other.

"Their fights are lasting longer than their marriage. What a shame because I loved them as a couple," someone said.

Another person agreed and said that it was going to end up harming their children.

"This battle will go on until the kids are 18. and guess who will be the losers?" they wrote.
