Stormi is from such a wealthy family that she actually wishes she was on public transportation for a day. I guess the private jets and car service were too much for the toddler. Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott need to apparently take it down a notch when it comes to overindulging.
If Stormi wants to ride around in a yellow school bus and pretend to be a normal kid, then her parents will just buy her a bus for the day of course. Whatever Stormi wishes is their command!
