Fans Can't Believe Megan Just Punched MKG

The trailer for the film details the interaction between Megan (who plays Rebecca Lombardi) and her beau's character, who she punches in the opening sequence!

Fox plays an undercover FBI agent (Rebecca Lombardi) who teams up with Karl Helter (aka Bruce Willis) to catch a brutal serial killer who abducts young women from truck stops. She is later abducted by the target, leaving her colleagues to piece together the final clues and put an end to the criminal.

Megan goes undercover in a hotel room sequence opposite MGK's character where he comes onto her with a knife. The on-screen FBI agent holds her own and punches him in the face, bringing him to his knees and knocking the weapon out of his hand.

Fans loved the on-screen tension between the actors and could't believe how Megan punched him in the face!

The film is inspired by real-life events and based on Texas' most dangerous serial killer; Robert Ben Rhoades aka The Truck Stop Killer who preyed on hitchhikers and truck stop sex workers beginning in the 1970s. The film's cast also includes Bruce Willis, Emile Hirsch, Michael Beach, Lukas Haas and Sistine Stallone.

Midnight in the Switchgrass is slated to released on July 23, 2021.
