Is Kim Kardashian off to bed or going for a nice evening dinner? Fans were left wondering the very same question after the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared a video of a strange all-black, caped attire.

The video shows Kardashian from behind as she struts down the large hallway of her simplistic modern house, before turning the corner and looking back as she throws up a quick peace sign towards the camera. In the video, Kardashian wears an all-black Demna Gvasalia Balenciaga spandex bodysuit, complete with gloves and a cape as well as blacked-out sunglasses and a beautiful sparkly handbag.

The Kardashian's outfit choice was selected for a dinner party at Nobu, to celebrate close friend and designer, Jeff Leatham’s 50th birthday.

And whilst Vogue compared the look to Isabelle Huppert’s 2021 Canne’s Festival outfit (also Balenciaga), many fans focused on the comedic side of the futuristic outfit as they rushed to Twitter to share their opinions in the form of memes.

Many shared what the outfit paired with the scene of her walking down the empty hallway, reminded them of. One wrote, “Me as a kid pretending my bed sheet was a dress when no one was home.”

Another fan compared the video to a scene from the classic 2005 Disney Original film, Twitches, as they captioned the video: “The scene in twitches when the darkness is moving down the castle hallway.”

Another poked fun at the star’s resemblance to a movie villain as they wrote that she was “dressed like she’s going to a super villain meeting.”

One Twitter user was so unimpressed by the whole image that they branded it “their nightmare”. They commented, “ This looks like my nightmare like an all black silhouette gliding down a large open hallway probably on its way to haunt innocent people lol or in other words Kim Kardashians probably super expensive outfit strolling through the halls of her super expensive mansion.”

Meanwhile, other fans were more focused on the interior of Kardashian’s large mansion home, as they commented on her hallway, branding it “lifeless” and even likening the plain interior to that of a hospital or museum.

One Twitter user pointed out the lack of interior design as they wrote: “All that house & not one piece of furniture in sight.”

Whilst another mentioned, “maybe it’s the peasant in me, but what’s the appeal of having a house so big that you’ve got hallways longer than f****** Hogwarts.”

However, one fan defended the interior as they pointed out its need for an acquired taste. They wrote, “I love her house… you either get it or you don’t.”
