This film was also a box office success, earning $333 million worldwide. A follow-up was produced in 2007, titled Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Due to the sequel’s flop (along with some contract issues with certain cast members) the third film was cancelled and the series came to a screeching halt only to be revived in 2015 via reboot. But even though Fantastic Four came to an end over a decade ago, the cast has since stayed in the spotlight and have the bills to prove it.
