Unfortunately, her parents divorced in 1994 so Dakota had to split her time between the two. "It was the only way that I could be with them," she said in an interview for Cosmopolitan. "And since they were divorced, I would spend two weeks with one and two weeks with the other, traveling with a tutor." But wait, it gets better. Her maternal grandmother (can you guess..) is Hitchcock actress Tippi Hedren. Yes, that’s right, so clearly creative talent lies in that family.
