Elvis Presley will never die. At least, that’s what some of his fans have been alleging since the music legend passed away in 1977. However, perhaps nobody understands just how gone Elvis is more than his daughter Lisa Marie Presley. The stunning socialite came out with her own record To Whom It May Concern, which took an impressive ‘gold’ status in the charts. She also has given birth to four children, including Finley Aaron Love Lockwood, before she passed away in early 2023. Lisa Marie Presley's Tragic Love Life

Lisa Marie Presley may have been a successful singer, but her love life landed her in some truly unfortunate situations. First, she tied the knot with Danny Keough in 1988. The pair had two children, a girl Riley and a boy named Benjamin. Riley has gone on to carry out the family tradition of working in the entertainment industry, recently staring in Daisy Jones and the Six.

Unfortunately, the story of Lisa and Danny does not have a happy ending.

Lisa and Danny first met in a rehabilitation center. Lisa was in rehab due to her abuse of drugs after she dropped out of high school. She was only 17 years old at the time of their meeting, and three years later the two musicians tied the knot.

Lisa's first marriage did not last very long. Six years later, in 1994, Lisa and Danny called it quits.

Their tragedies continued long after their separation. Sadly, their twenty-eight-year-old son Benjamin committed suicide in 2020.

The rest of Lisa’s relationships did not go much better. The singer married three more times, first to accused pedophile Michael Jackson. Then, she had a short marriage to actor Nicholas Cage. However, another horrible situation arose when she married her husband of ten years Michael Lockwood. The guitarist seemed like a compatible match for Lisa, until she claimed to find hundreds of images of child pornography on his computer.

Lockwood fathered Lisa’s two youngest kids, Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood and Finley Aaron Love Lockwood. If California court documents are anything to go by, the children’s mother did not want the ex-husband anywhere near their father.

The custody battle between Lockwood and Lisa was quite horrific. It went on from the time of their separation in 2016 to 2021. Lisa hoped to keep their children away from Lockwood despite the fact that he is their father.

Lockwood also accused Lisa of purposefully putting him in to debt and hiding her assets from him. Their divorce was not officially settled until 2021.

Who Is Finley Presley?

In spite of the horrible circumstances of their parents’ divorce and long custody battle, Harper and Finley are lucky in the sense that they can always count on each other. The two girls are actually twins, which means that they have a special bond. And while it is important to point out that they aren’t identical, but rather fraternal twins, we truly hope that the girls can celebrate their sisterly connection.

In Finley’s case, in particular, it seems truly values her family. According to Finley’s Pinterest page, there is nothing she loves more than collecting cute photos of some of her favorite family members. She particularly seems to look up to her older half-sister Riley, who boasts an entire album of pinned photos on Finley’s page. The collection brings together 38 professional shots of Riley in red carpet environments. The proud little sister even labeled the album, “My big sister Riley. I love her.” How adorable!

What Will Happen To The Twins After Lisa Presley's Death?

Sadly, the twins' mother Lisa Marie Presley passed away in early 2023. Their father Lockwood was appointed their legal guardian following their mother's death. He had to petition for full custody with a judge, especially due to the complicated nature of Lisa's trust and the current issues with it.

Many members of the Presley family are currently wrapped up in legal battles over Lisa's trust. This is due to the fact that Lisa's mother, Priscilla Presley, has contested Lisa's will. Priscilla is specifically contesting an addendum added in 2016, which removed her as a trustee, claiming it contains an invalid signature.

Lockwood has also petitioned to become the trustee for twins Harper and Finley. His biggest argument is that he is not a beneficiary of the trust, allowing him to be completely impartial and solely focus on their interests.
