Kaley Christine Cuoco is an American actress who was born on November 30th, 1985, in California. Her father is a realtor named Gary Carmine Cuoco, and her mother is a homemaker named Layne Ann. She started acting when she was a child. She grew up in front of the camera, before playing Penny on The Big Bang Theory.

After appearing in some TV shows and taking occasional lead roles, Cuoco turned up in The Big Bang Theory. Her career was full of glamour. When this 'Big Bang' actress was just five years old, she played a role in Barbie commercials. Besides excelling in her acting career, she was a good tennis player who earned a ranking of number 54 in girls 14' Singles tennis. That was back in 1998.

9 Doesn't Eat Meat

8 The Big Bang Theory Actress

Thanks to The Big Bang Theory, Kaley Cuoco's became a successful star. The international fame touched her life, making her famous via her portrayal of Penny. She played the character for 12 years, since 2007. Through the character, she found the limelight, gaining a household name and significant fame. After this, she turned up in many films like The Penthouse and The Last Ride.

7 Leg Injury During Horseback Riding Lesson

Besides acting and playing tennis, Kaley Cuoco also used to ride horses. It was this horseback riding that caused a broken leg. In an interview, she revealed how she fell from the horse while taking the lesson. That accident led to surgery on her leg, and the doctors forbade her from riding horses in the future. Due to that accident,  she had to miss filming two episodes of The Big Bang Theory.

6 Her Marriage To Ryan

After calling off her marriage to Josh Lazie Resnik, she decided to marry a tennis player, Ryan Sweeting, in 2013. It was after three months of dating that she started getting serious with Ryan, but that marriage ended after two years because Ryan was addicted to pain killers.

According to Kaley, Sweeting ruined the word 'marriage' for her. It was his addiction to those pain killers which led to their divorce.

5 The Big Moth Tattoo

2015 was not a good year for Cuoco. She got a big moth tattoo to hide her old wedding date tattoo, as the marriage to Ryan Sweeting ended. She chose the moth in place of a butterfly, as it was large enough to cover the wedding date. Moths are always attracted to light, so there is some positive energy in this tattoo.

4 Marriage To Karl Cook

Her marriage with Sweeting did not work. She got married to Karl Cook in 2018. It was an unconventional marriage as they didn't live under the same roof after their wedding but had a great bond. Kaley got a proposal from Cook on her 32nd birthday. They first met at a horse show. After marriage, they didn't live together for a year. They were giving space to each other.

3 The Nude Photoshoot

Kaley Cuoco posed for a sexy photoshoot without letting her parents know. Later, through an email, she warned her parents about the photoshoot they were going to see or hear about from the press. She informed them so that they would not be too shocked. Kaley felt comfortable with the photoshoot. She doesn't have a problem showing skin.

2 A Promising Voice Actor

Besides her acting career, she is also a voice actor who has done various character roles. It was through the role of Brandy Harrington that she started voice acting.
