Former Fuller House actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannuli, were two of the stars involved in the 2019 college admission scandal. After a fair trial, the couple was found guilty and sentenced to prison with Loughlin getting two months and Mossimo, five months. Additionally, the actress and her husband were ordered to pay fines and complete hours of community service. Though the sentence was announced in August 2020, it was not until late in the year that Loughlin and Mossimo reported to prison.

On October 30, Lori reported to prison and was out early by December. Mossimo on the other hand reported to prison in November and was released in April. Expectedly, both Giannuli and Loughlin's lives changed following the sentence and upon release, the couple has seemingly been up to a few things, in an attempt to salvage what is left of their relationship and reputation. 8 Lori Started And Completed Her Community Service

After her release, Loughlin commenced her 100 hours of court-mandated community service. To fulfill this, the actress opted to work with children with disabilities, something a close source would later describe as fulfilling for her. Back in March, a photo of Loughlin handing out meals to kids with disabilities in Los Angeles surfaced, According to reports, Loughlin "went above and beyond" to complete the hours she was required to do.

7 Mossimo’s Completed His House Confinement

Though Loughlin was released in December, Mossimo gained his freedom in April, two weeks earlier than his expected release date. He was therefore made to finish his sentence in house confinement which lasted for only two weeks. Like his wife, Mossimo also started and completed his court-mandated hours of community service.

6 Lori Moved Into A New Home

Weeks after completing her community service Loughlin reportedly moved into a new house where she quietly awaited her husband's release and return home. There, the actress enjoyed some quiet time, doing yoga and taking strolls in the evening. Lori's daughters, Isabel and Olivia are also believed to be frequent guests at the new house.

5 She Is Spending Time With Her Daughters

People magazine reported that Loughlin had a tearful reunion with her daughters Isabella Rose and Olivia Jade and has been spending adequate time with them. Following her release, Loughlin expressed her excitement to be reunited with her daughters, praised their strength, and added that she is incredibly proud of how they handled the whole issue. While Loughlin and Giannuli were in prison, Olivia defended her parent's actions and admitted that being separated from them was difficult. But now that they are out, the girls are spending as much time with their parents as they can.

4 Vacation Following Giannuli's Release

Following their probationary release, Lori and Mossimo requested travel permission to take a trip outside of the United States. Their petition was granted and shortly after, the couple jetted off Cabo. There, the actress and her husband were reported to have enjoyed time with each other and their friends. “This vacation has done wonders for them, it’s the boost they desperately needed to clear their heads and let their hair down as a couple,” a source said of the couple's trip which lasted five days and four nights. “They got to soak up the sun, pamper themselves and hang with friends, but most of all they’re thrilled because they’ve gotten their mojo back as a couple,” the source added.

To celebrate Mother's Day this year, Olivia and Isabella made sure to pay tribute to the actress. While Olivia shared a heartwarming photo captioned, "You are the best period,” Bella shared an adorable snapshot accompanied by the caption "Mama bear."
