Although he was forced into closing down several restaurants across the UK, Gordon Ramsay made the most of it, spending lots of time with his family, while cooking more than he has in the last ten years. He revealed this bit of information alongside The Mirror, “We have been eating so well. Now that I have all the time in the world, I have the opportunity to put even more effort in. We've had some of the best curries of our lives, and I've been able to curate some fantastic new recipes. So I guess it's not all that bad actually".

With the extra time, he’s also had a lot more activity on social media, via platforms like IG and YouTube. However, what a lot of fans wouldn’t expect, is Ramsay’s involvement on TikTok, that’s probably the last place we’d expect to find the chef.

He recently posted a hilarious TikTok, ripping into a Salt Bae imitator. The two chefs don’t have much of a connection, though according to some online, it was Gordon that invented the salt toss, given a cameo on Conan a few years back.

Nonetheless, Ramsay hasn’t commented on that – but he is having fun with a hilarious video.

TikTok Roast

As we’ve seen in the past on shows like Hell’s Kitchen, cooking isn’t for everyone and Ramsay hasn’t shied away from those that aren’t let’s just say, skilled. In a recent TikTok, Gordon took aim at Salt Bae impersonator, “It may be Monday but nothing will be as awful as this dish....”

It really doesn’t get better than Ramsay’s reaction at the impersonator spitting on the meat during the video not once, but twice. Fans had fun with the clip in the comment section.

"Never spit on your meat" I'll keep that in mind.”

“The number of meat references is killing me.”

“Every time he said don’t do that with your meat i lost it 🤣🤣🤣.”

“He was fired before he even had the job.”

I think we can all agree, we can use more of this type of content moving forward, especially during these troubling times. Thanks to the chef for giving us a laugh!
