Even if they were never fans of the 'Full House' star, most people have heard about Lori Loughlin's legal troubles. She faced a prison sentence after attempting to bribe a university to admit her daughters under false pretenses.

But now that she's out of prison, on probation, and vacationing in Mexico with her equally convicted husband, fans and critics alike are wondering what L0ughlin's professional future will be like.

Mainly, they want to know whether Lori will continue working with Hallmark Channel on the kind of projects that made her famous.

Lori Loughlin Worked With Hallmark Channel For Years

From 2014 on, Lori Loughlin appeared in Hallmark Channel's series 'When Calls the Heart,' in between other film and TV projects. In the years before, Lori also appeared in countless Hallmark films as various characters.

But this series was one of her longer-running projects. So when Lori faced federal charges, derogatory headlines, and plenty of judgment from Hollywood and fans alike, what did Hallmark do?

Did Hallmark Channel Fire Lori Loughlin?

Unfortunately for Loughlin, the 2019 news reports spurred Hallmark Channel to cut her out of their lineup. In fact, Lori's final appearance on the series was apparently in 2019, and the channel even edited her out of already-filmed episodes.

In short, Hallmark seems to be totally done with Loughlin, whether she wants to go back to work with them or not. But some fans are still holding out hope that things will change.

Some Hallmark Channel Fans Want Lori Loughlin Back

Though Hallmark summarily canned Lori Loughlin, many fans want her back, including as Abigail on 'When Calls the Heart.' And the thing is, the decision may not be final.

For one thing, the Channel took a month to make a decision the first time around. When they decided to can Lori, they didn't kill off her character. Instead, they wrote her off the show, but not in a permanent way. The explanation is that Abigail left Hope Valley to take care of her ailing mother.

That plot makes fans think that the cast and crew are leaving it open for Lori to return later, and they're hoping for her comeback. In fact, her co-stars and the show's creator agreed they would like to have her back, sources report.

While Lori's daughter even went so far as to lock down Instagram comments when posting about her mom, supporters of Loughlin's are far more positive. They note how kind and talented she is, and express hope that now she's served her time, she can get back to acting and, well, life.
