When fans go to see a concert, they mainly focus on the singer or band in front of them, but without the backing band and crew, the shows could not go on.

Harry Styles is nearly done with the U.S. leg of his Love On Tour and his performances wouldn't be half of what they were without his band. Not that his vocals alone aren't amazing, but the band certainly helps elevate that, like the opening bars of "Golden" or the guitar in "Kiwi." Sure, the former boybander picks up a guitar during the show, but he is certainly not a one-man band.

His band has become popular in their other right within the fandom, whether they have been with him for a while or just joined during this tour. Others might have not been asked back. They deserve to have some recognition. Here's an inside look at Harry Styles' backing band, including back-up singers and photographers, for his concert this tour.

8 Mitch Rowland

Mitchell Rowland has been a part of Harry's career for a long time. Rowland helped Styles write both of his solo albums and toured with him on Live On Tour and now Love On Tour. He plays guitar in the band and is one of Styles' best friends. The way he became a part of the band is an actually pretty interesting story. The 32-year-old was living with Styles' sound engineer and was asked to stand in as a last minute replacement while Styles was making his debut album. Rowland used to work in a pizza shop before touring the world with one of the most famous pop stars ever.

7 Sarah Jones

Another popular and veteran member of the Styles band crew is Sarah Jones. She plays guitar and is a backing vocalist at his shows. Jones has been called 'the leader of the band' by Styles himself and has joined him on tour since 2017. She began drumming at the age of 13 and has become an integral part of the Harries fandom. Jones and Rowland are in a relationship and had a baby together this year, confirming the news at the Grammy Awards.

6 Elin Sandberg

Although fans are not quite sure how to pronounce her name, Elin Sandberg has become an important part of the Love On Tour family. She plays bass guitar and backing vocals for Styles. Sandberg hails from Sweden and is also a music producer. Sandberg has also toured with Chloe X Halle, Willow Smith and A.R. Rahman. She started a family band when she was 13, attended Berklee College of Music and has never looked back. Sandberg just joined the band this year.

5 Pauli Lovejoy

Pauli is a new addition to the band this year and has become widely popular amongst fans for how they energetically dance with Styles every night on tour. He plays percussions. Their name expresses exactly how they are, love and joy and that is shown during their performances. Lovejoy shares fans photos, interacts with them on social media and hopefully, will be a part of the band for years to come.

4 Ny Oh

Ny Oh is the pianist and amazing vocalist for Love On Tour. She does, however, also play guitar and percussion. Her real name is Naomi Ludlow and is rumored to have replaced his previous keyboardist, Claire Uchima. Oh was born in the UK and raised in New Zealand and has released an EP. She has toured with Jonathan Wilson and Jesse Sheehan.

3 Niji Adeleye

Niji plays piano for Styles and is new to the family this year. He has been playing piano for nearly 14 years and hails from London. Adeleye has released two jazz albums and gets his love of music from his parents. He is new to the band this tour, but has toured by himself and with other artists over the past few years in the US and UK, posting that he has now played Madison Square Garden 19 times. Impressive.

2 Harry Lambert

Although not directly a part of Styles' band, Harry Lambert is his tour stylist. Lambert has styled him on both tours so far and other events including The Grammy's, The BRIT Awards and more for the past six years. He is a stylist to a-list stars and has become a good friend to Styles. He started out as a photographer at the University of Kent and has now established himself in the Hollywood fashion world.

1 Anthony Pham

Again, not a part of the band, put an essential part to Love On Tour, Anthony Pham is Styles' tour photographer. Whenever Pham accompanies him on tour, Styles will post a photo on Instagram from that show, which causes fans to go crazy. He has been photographing Styles for a long time. However, when Pham cannot attend a show, Helene Pambrun, who has also worked with Styles for years, fills in.
