“Kendall’s not eating much of anything,” the snitch revealed. “She gets by with a very low-carb smoothie in the morning then another at night.” The insider added, sometimes she’ll mix things up with a salad for dinner. But not with any meat or dressing – just a teaspoon of balsamic with her lettuce leaves, if that. She’s constantly turning food away and convinced it’s a slippery slope if she indulges in anything sweet,” the source said. “It’s no wonder she barely smiles these days – she must be constantly starving!”

Despite the certain source making such a claim, we have reason to believe otherwise, especially given Jenner’s thoughts on dieting in the past. She would make the claim that pasta is even included from time to time, which might be 400-calories in itself!

This Is What Her Diet Actually Consists Of

Her diet isn’t as restrictive as some might think – Jenner has several guilty pleasures which she discussed openly;

"Here's what will forever and always make my list: Twix, Justin's Peanut Butter, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots. See, pretty simple—just feed me and I'm ready to go!"

As for no carbohydrates, that sounds like an impossibility, especially given that Jenner stated brown rice as a staple in her diet;

“I typically eat lean chicken and brown rice, and am always snacking on raw veggies with dip and hummus. I wish I had more time to do grocery shopping because I like picking out my own vegetables."

Fats and cheat meals are also on the menu. The Thirty lists avocado and eggs as her go-to fat sources, while also making mention that cheat meals are acceptable, especially given that she lives a social lifestyle;

"I don't cook that much besides my standard eggs, avocado, and toast breakfast, but when I do, I have a few super-simple recipes that I consider my 'specialties,'" Jenner wrote on her app. She says she could eat fettuccine with peas for every meal because she usually has all the ingredients on hand (they include garlic, peas, grated Parmesan, and pasta). If she's eating out, Jenner loves "Nobu for sushi or Craig's, where I order the vegan spaghetti Bolognese or Margherita pizza. I always make sure to have one or two nights a week out with friends, where I'll get dressed up for dinner and be social."

She Trains Hard Too

Eating properly is a big part of it, though Jenner is also putting in the work when it comes to her training sessions. Jenner did admit in past interviews that she’s not a fan of cardio, she would rather burn calories during a workout than on a cardio machine – though, like the rest of us, she does so anyway.
