How Garcelle Amassed Her Net Worth

Garcelle Beauvais is without a doubt one Hollywood star that has gone on to do exceptionally well for herself. After moving to the United States from Haiti with her family at the age of 7, Garcelle knew she had to carry her family's legacy somehow, and making a name for herself was the best way to do just that. After moving to New York City to pursue modeling, Garcelle was signed to Ford Models where she appeared in countless ads for Avon, Mary Kay, and Clairol, to name a few. In addition to her print ads, Garcelle modeled in catalogs for Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and graced the cover of Essence and Ebony magazine.

It didn't take much time before Garcelle transitioned from modeling to acting, and boy was it ever an easy transition. After moving across the country to Los Angeles to pursue film and television, Beauvais snagged a spot on the drama series, 'Models Inc' and 'NYPD Blue'. She quickly gained notoriety in the industry and landed a role in Eddie Murphy's 'Coming To America' in 1988, and then secured the lead as Francesca Monroe in the hit WB sitcom, 'The Jamie Foxx Show'.

Her work alongside Jamie Foxx allowed her to amass millions and go on to land a number of other films and TV roles, including the hit film 'Wild West', and a recurring role on 'Franklin & Dash'. While she reigned throughout the 90s and 2000s, Garcelle slowly disappeared from the limelight, that is until she joined the cast of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'. Her joining 'RHOBH' made Garcelle the first Black woman to be cast on the franchise, something she is very proud of!

With her success in modeling, television, and now the world of reality TV, it is no surprise that Garcelle has amassed a net worth of $8 million! As if appearing on Bravo wasn't enough, Garcelle revealed earlier this year that she would be joining the ladies of 'The Real' as a co-host, which is only set to add more zeroes to her bank account.
