When the spin-off Manzo'd With Children aired for three seasons, we got to learn more about Caroline's daughter Lauren, her husband Vito, and their plans for the future. Lauren and Vito have a fun, close relationship that always worked well on camera, and Lauren is funny, strong, and smart.

It's been several years since Lauren Manzo appeared on RHONJ and a lot has happened in her life. It's amazing to see the professional and personal changes that Lauren has experienced. Let's take a look at what Lauren Manzo has been up to since she left The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Lauren Manzo's Marriage And Family Life

Lauren's aunt Dina Manzo left RHONJ as well, but we were able to catch up with the Manzo family thanks to the spin-off Manzo'd With Children. If we saw this show, then we know that Lauren Manzo got married in 2015 and she and her long-time partner Vito were talking about starting a family.

Lauren Manzo and Vito Scalia are happily married and according to Bravo TV, Caroline talked about this on the Dear Albie podcast in 2019. Caroline said that this is a question that she is always asked: "Hey, spoiler, Lauren and Vito are still very much married. Everybody seems [to ask], '[Are] Lauren and Vito married?' They are very much married."

Caroline continued speaking and RHONJ fans will recognize her famous, signature wit and sense of humor: "Lauren just doesn't post a lot because she doesn't want to hear your bulls--t. Plain and simple. We deal with a lot of bulls--t; she doesn't want to hear it."

Lauren and Vito have a daughter named Markie who just celebrated her fourth birthday and she is absolutely adorable. Lauren shares many photos on her Instagram account and fans can see Markie growing up. Markie was a "Princess Butterfly" for Halloween 2021 and Markie had her first day of school in September 2021. It really seems like Lauren loves being a mom.

According to Us Weekly, when Lauren began sharing pictures of Markie, people had some really terrible and mean things to say. Lauren decided not to post photos for a while. Caroline Manzo said, “Her mama bear instincts kicked in. “I certainly understand that because there are some people out there that say very hurtful, unnecessary things.” It's awful that Lauren had to deal with that as no one deserves that.
