The jobs before the grandeur of Hollywood, for many celebrities, have been interesting, strange, and oftentimes life-changing. Doing odd jobs to make ends meet, they would love to dream of making it in the cinema world. If we were to guess what Brad Pitt’s work affair was before taking off in Hollywood, and consider Pitt's influence and status in the industry; we'd picture a heartthrob firefighter, or model, or just some drop-dead handsome bartender.

It turns out Pitt tried a lot of gigs before establishing himself as the vogue-master of Hollywood. Interestingly, every job he picked up, he had nothing but Hollywood in his mind which also explains why the location of all of his work was Los Angeles. Yes, all of his jobs were based in LA, immediately after dropping out of the University of Missouri, he moved to LA to give a shot to acting.

The first one, Pitt was a driver to strippers. No kidding, driving strippers to strip club and back for a matter of a few months, struggling Pitt was looking for an opportunity to make his way to the famous acting class instructed by Roy London. Besides working as a driver, Pitt also tried his hands at moving furniture as a furniture mover. These jobs seem pretty strange for now insanely-popular Pitt but wait until you know all about his work profile.

Probably the most popular of all, Brad Pitt was a mascot for El Pollo Loco, dressing up as a chicken, and waving the banner to attract customers for the grand opening on Sunset and La Brea in Los Angeles, California.

During one of his appearances on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Pitt revealed how he felt about his job as a mascot, and as expected from the actor, Pitt’s take on his job is hilariously prudent.

Brad Pitt apparently understands how essential odd jobs are during a man's struggling days. He says he doesn't feel ashamed of what he used to do. And exactly, "a man's gotta eat." The pay must have been cheap, he didn't even remember how much it was. But what he remembered very well is getting flipped off too often. He said, "I don't know (the pay) but I got flipped off a lot." In Ellen's words, "the bird got the bird."

Brad Pitt set out for his acting journey with numerous uncredited roles in movies such as Hunk and No Way Out. Carrying on the struggle, Pitt knew he could not get comfortable at the most important moment of his life. He was bent on striking out until he found his first breakthrough role as Cowboy Hitchhiker in Thelma & Louise after 5 odd years.

Soon after, with the aid of his unimaginable acting skills, he went on to put up a show for moviegoers in the mid-90s with his roles in Seven, 12 Monkeys, and Interview With The Vampire. The rest is all golden history.
