When it comes to some of the best sitcoms in television history, Sex And The City is definitely up there! The series first began back in 1998 and lasted a whopping 6 seasons before fans said their goodbyes to Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha. Luckily, the crew came back together for not one, but two films!

After the second movie came out in 2010, fans immediately wanted a series reboot, and their wishes are finally coming true. Last year, it was revealed that SATC would be returning, however, fans would not be seeing Kim Cattrall in the role of Samantha Jones.

The actress made it clear that she retired that character a long time ago, and she isn't the only one not returning. Chris Noth, who played the ever so charming, Mr. Big, has also made it evident that he will also not be returning.

While Noth found a confusing spin to share the news, many fans are certain he may make an appearance or two, while others think he has simply had enough of the show!

When fans inquired whether or not he'd be returning, Chris Noth replied, "everything changes, including announcements in the rags," he said. While literally, no one understood what that meant, Page Six later broke the news that Chris would be officially stepping down from his reign as the original, Mr. Big.

Although Big and Carrie definitely had their ups and downs, there is no denying the chemistry that Noth shared with Sarah Jessica Parker on-screen, making his absence from the series all that more saddening!

Fans were also a little confused as to why Noth wouldn't want the major payday that comes with the return. Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and SJP are all making a reported $1 million per episode, and with 10 episodes to come, it's safe to say that Chris would have been making quite a lot had he come back.
