7 Released His Debut Album In 2019

Not too long after joining the music imprint, Platt released his debut album, Sing to Me Instead, in March 2019. He tapped Jennifer Decilveo, Billie Eilish's brother Finneas O'Connell, Alex Hope, and more for the album's producers. He further accompanied the album with a concert visual titled Ben Platt Live from Radio City Music Hall on Netflix.

During that same year, Ben Platt joined the laundry list of celebrities and other powerful people who were listed on Time Magazine's annual 'TIME100' list thanks to his on-stage performance on Dear Evan Hansen.

Speaking of his musical career, the powerhouse singer shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. His sophomore album, Reverie, arrived on August 13, 2021. The 40-minute album, released through the Atlantic Records banner, is propelled by singles like "Image" and "Happy to Be Sad." 4 Received A Golden Globe Nomination

Now, in addition to his touring schedule, Platt was also in talks to star in The People We Hate At The Wedding, a film adaptation of Grand Ginder's novel of the same name.
