David Blaine purchased his 4,400 Square foot Magic Lab, or his “lair,” as he likes to call it, for an undisclosed amount of money in 2002. The space features not only his lab where he workshops his tricks, but it also includes several administrative offices, Blaine's spacious motorcycle garage, and a gym.
8 Harry Houdini Merchandise
Blaine decorated his lair with posters and all sorts of memorabilia from his favorite magicians, especially Harry Houdini, who Blaine has long worshipped. Blaine purchased an original advertising poster for one of Harry Houdini’s tricks that cost Blaine upwards of $100,000. He also purchased several unpublished copies of Houdini’s notes for an undisclosed price. All of this now decorates Blaine's Chinatown headquarters.
