Elon Musk Does Have Good Tips On Properly Recovering During Sleep

Musk does have some wise words when it comes to recovery, something that Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos take very seriously in order to keep themselves sharp.

According to Musk, eating prior to bed is something he strongly avoids, especially two to three hours prior to sleeping.

“Eating before you go to bed is a real bad idea, and actually negatively affects your sleep."

“Your quality of sleep will improve, and your general health will improve a lot,” he said. “It’s a big deal.”

Via platforms like Quora, fans discussed Musk's eating habits and in a lot of cases, the users aren't surprised by the way he eats - however, he might be even more productive with a health-based approach.

"If you ever listened to him, it’s obvious he doesn't make health conscious decision. Which is unfortunate, because he could potentially be elevated by a slightly healthier lifestyle. That and if he doesn't take some kind of control of his health he could be another great mind lost sooner than hoped. He doesn't have to be super health focused. He just needs some focus. Or pay people to focus on it for him."

"The guy is amazing at work but I wonder just how much more amazing he’d be if he were able to squeeze another 10% out of that brain of his, by eating the right things and doing exercise more regularly. Both are conducive to a healthy, productive brain."
