Not only is Dwayne Johnson an A-lister actor, but he's also one of the hardest working individuals, balancing a slew of companies, along with an acting career, appearing in films like 'Black Adam'. And if that isn't enough, he'll always find the time to get a workout in, according to The Rock, this anchors the rest of his day and sets the mood. For Dwayne Johnson, his work ethic and hustle in the gym started at a young age, "Other dads took their kids to the playground,” said Johnson. “Mine took me to the gym, and the gyms he took me to were very hardcore. Weight rooms? Really? But it was important bonding time for us, and it was there that I learned at a very young age that there’s no substitute for hard work.” He added, “My dad and the other wrestlers would train for hours and hours every morning, just like all of the top bodybuilding stars of the day—Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Frank Zane, Albert Beckles. It was all he knew, and it was all I knew back then. And it worked.”

These days, Dwayne Johnson looks better than ever and a lot of that has to do with his superb traveling gym. As the star stated in the past, training at a normal gym is impossible, given the circus that he creates when he goes out in public. So instead, he's forced to lug around a lot of steel and metal, at times to very distant locations. So how does he do it?

45,000-Pound Gym Takes An Entire Team

As one might expect, lugging that kind of gym around is no easy task. We're not talking a couple of dumbbells and barbells, we're talking an entire gym filled with machines and anything you might find at an actual gym... and then some. Dwayne discussed the procedure alongside Bryan Cranston, it takes a team of people along with a few 18-wheelers to fit the machines and accessories.

Back when he was shooting in Vancouver during 2017, DJ thanked the crew for making his traveling gym happen, "My final day in Vancouver... sending a huge thank you to the hundreds of hard-working crew responsible for always setting up my #IronParadise aka my traveling carnival in every location I film at. 40,000lbs of steal and iron. I can maintain and build upon an insane work schedule, but only due to having my anchor ready to go every morning at 5am. Grateful to the bone. Thank you guys."

Definitely no easy task but like they say, when there's a will, there's a way. DJ learned these principles at a young age and he's now reaping the rewards years later, as literally the hardest worker in the room.
