During the guesting of The Big Bang Theory casts members on USA Today, they were asked about their favorites on the show. The casts including Galecki, Cuoco, Jim Parsons, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch gladly answered the questions thrown at them.

When they were asked who their favorite supporting characters are, Bialik answered with Kevin Sussman who plays as the comic book store owner named Stuart. She said, "He's part of our family. I learn a lot from him as an actor. He does a lot with a little and he has an understated way of handling things that otherwise could be too much."

Jim Parsons then answered with Laurie Metcalf and Christine Baranski. The actor said that he had been watching the two actresses even prior to working with them. He said, "I see them as actor's actors. All the years that I watched them (before 'Big Bang'), I would identify with them as performers, as a fellow craftsman in the field. To meet them and realize that was true was overjoying. Working with them was as rewarding and interesting as I always thought it would be."

Jim Parsons is not the only one who seems to be fond of working with the actress. Even Kaley Cuoco seems to have great interaction with Baranski behind the scenes.

The two actress had a pretty touching interaction behind the scenes, as Cuoco posted a picture with the veteran actress on her Instagram account. Cuoco, whose playing as one of the main character Penny, shared the last few moments on the set of the comedy series.

The picture shows both actress embracing each other and Cuoco had a pretty intense facial expression while hugging Baranski. The photo had a caption “Don’t miss tonight’s all new episode @bigbangtheory_cbs ! ONLY 3 LEFT!!!,” Cuoco further added, “my last chance to squeeze the fabulous Christine Baranski!!!”

The veteran actress was well aware of the increase in her popularity after she joined The Big Bang Theory. She acknowledged that she became recognizable in public as the mother of Leonard. It’s been more than a decade since she first appeared on the show, and she’s now used to fans approaching her and calling her Leonard’s mother.

During her interview with People, she said “More often than not, they point to me and say, ‘Leonard’s mother!’ even though I appear infrequently as her on The Big Bang Theory… The show is just such a megahit. There are worse things to be called, believe me.”

The actress seems to be enjoying the popularity thanks to the show’s large audience share. She continued “It’s so funny, I hailed a cab and I got into one that had my picture on the top of it,” she says. “I just had to stand back, get my cell phone out and ask the driver to wait because I was like, ‘This is a once in a lifetime!”

She further added “When I got to my apartment, I pulled my doorman over and said, ‘Take a picture of me in the cab!’ ” she continues, laughing. “He didn’t understand and I was like, ‘Look up!’ Yeah, this was a happy arrival home. Most days aren’t like that.”

The 70-year-old actress appreciated those moments in her career since it rarely happens to her. She commented “When it happens, you have to ride that lovely wave in because usually you are just paddling out,” she adds. “I am very good at standing back and saying, ‘This is a moment to remember.“

Christine Baranski’s has had an impressive film credits and one of her most famous role on TV is playing as Diane Lockhart on the CBS legal drama The Good Wife. The drama started in 2009 and ended in 2016. The actress’ character on the show became a huge hit that she was given her own spin-off titled The Good Fight that was released in 2017.
