Rather than overdoing things and filling her stomach with an abundance of food, she grazes, instead. Tomei's portions are quite small, and she continuously eats throughout the day, proving that grazing and keeping her energy up is a key component of staying fit and not over-eating.

Perhaps the most unsuspecting way that Marisa Tomei stays fit is by participating in belly dancing.
