Erin Moriarty is barely 26 years old and she's already made her first million. For many of us, this is nothing but a pipe dream. However, Erin is lucky enough to have started quite a career for herself in Hollywood. So, it's likely that she will exceed her net worth of $1.5 million and continue her varied and engaging life as an actor.

Amazon's The Boys is by far the most successful project that Erin has been apart of. So, there's no doubt that most of her net worth has come from the edgy, sexy, and hilarious superhero show. Not only that, but it appears as though Erin had an amazing time behind-the-scenes of The Boys.

But The Boys isn't the only project that led Erin Moriarty, AKA Annie January/Starlight, to her growing fortune. Let's take a look inside the career of this talented, passionate, and gorgeous up-and-comer.

Erin Was A Michevious Kid In New York City

Erin Moriarty was born and raised in New York City. Manhattan became her jungle gym. A place where she would escape to in the darkness of night to explore, develop her worldly perspectives, and challenge herself to break free from her comfort-zones.

Since The Boys has content that challenges Erin, such as weighty topics like harassment in the workplace, violence, and even nude scenes, it's a good thing she was able to build so much courage as a child and teenager. Spending so much time in New York also must have helped Erin understand the setting of The Boys, although many fans don't know that the show isn't even filmed in New York.

But New York wasn't the place where Erin began her career in acting. By the age of 16, Erin had touched down in Los Angeles, California, and booked six episodes on the soap opera Only Life To Live. This was her very first acting role. Not long after, Erin also booked a small role on an episode of Law & Order: SVU.

Independent Films And Her First Major Television Role

After Law & Order, Erin landed a small role in her first feature film, The Watch. The action-comedy starred Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill, and Vince Vaughn. But it wasn't until The Kings of Summer that people really started taking note of her. While she had a smaller role as the love interest, the film earned critical acclaim after it premiered at the Sundance film festival in 2013.

The Kings of Summer also launched the career of Nick Robinson who went on to Love, Simon, and Jurassic World. It co-starred Moises Arias, Gabriel Rosso, Nick Offerman, and Will & Grace star Megan Mullally. According to IMDB, Erin has claimed that her experience working with the director of The Kings of Summer taught her a lot about filmmaking and grew her passion for the industry immensely.

At the same time, Erin was cast in a less-popular indie film called After The Dark (also known as "The Philosophers"). While the film didn't quite land with audiences, it did introduce her to one of her best friends, Harry Potter's Bonnie Wright. The two are often featured together on their Instagram feeds.

2013 was a particularly good year for Erin's career as she also landed a main role on ABC's Red Widow, which shot in Vancouver, British Columbia. Although the show only ran for one season, it opened up the door for a role on HBO's True Detective the following year. Erin played the older Audrey Hart, the daughter of Woody Harrelson's character in the first season.

Her performance on True Detective was so strong that Indie Wire included her on the highly-coveted "Twenty Actors Under 20 To Watch" list in 2014.

Non-Stop Work Getting To The Boys

After True Detective, Erin started to work non-stop. She booked a major recurring role on Netflix's Jessica Jones which starred Krysten Ritter, David Tennant, and The Matrix films' Carrie-Anne Moss. She also took a small love-interest role in Captain Fantastic, a totally underrated independent film starring Viggo Mortensen from The Lord of The Rings.

The diversity of Erin Moriarty's film and television career is quite astounding. Not long after her role in the superhero Netflix show and the independent movie about a family growing up in the woods, Erin took an action film with Mel Gibson, a horror movie called Within, and family movie volleyball called Miracle Season which was enormously successful.

All of this brought her to Amazon Prime's The Boys. The raunchy, adult superhero show, which is based on a comic of the same name, seems to be growing its fanbase day-by-day. This is probably how fans have so many popular theories about the show and its dynamic cast.

While it's still made for relatively cheap, it appears as though Erin is making about $20,000 per episode, according to Wealthy Gorilla.

If the show continues to become even more successful, it's likely that Erin Moriarty's net worth will grow well past $1.5 million.
