For some reason, fans keep talking about Howard Stern's face. The 67-year-old veteran shock jock has been a constant target of plastic surgery rumors — on top of harsh comments about his aging. As a result, there have been multiple theories about the physical transformation of the world's highest-paid radio host throughout the years. There are even speculations that Stern is balding and is secretly wearing a wig...

With the host previously denying such claims, fans are even more eager to investigate the truth about his "different" face. On a Reddit thread, netizens cited all probable proofs that suggest Stern really had work done on his face. Some were mere opinions, others were well-pieced hypotheses. Here's why many people believe the Howard Stern Show host is lying about his cosmetic work history.

Wendy Williams Alleged Howard Stern Of Getting Plastic Surgery

"Wendy called him out on it and he denied having any work done," the Redditor said of the time Stern had Wendy Williams on his show. "Who does he think he's fooling? Looking at his face from the 90's to now... it's a different face." They also called out the host for the "irony of preaching his whole career about 'honesty,' yet not practicing what he preached" as he kept denying some plastic surgery claims. Commenters went on to analyze the truth about that interview.

"Wendy was definitely messing with him. She provoked and got a reaction," one wrote. "There were times when Howard definitely seemed a little blindsided, but then they would resume to a normal conversation for a few minutes. Then all the sudden she would poke the Beast again and he would get a little high-handed with her." It was quite the shock jock face-off. Another Redditor added that the interview "was off the cuff and kind of chaotic."

Because of that, some fans believe that it was rude for Williams to accuse Stern of having some work done to change his appearance. Still, others think the shock jockette wouldn't bring the issue up for no reason. Despite her controversial statements in the Wendy Williams Show, the host has a reputable track record for spilling some unimaginable yet factual tea...

Why Fans Think Howard Stern Had Work Done On His Face

Aside from Williams' claims, fans have noticed the drastic changes in Stern's face throughout the years. "God played an insanely cruel trick on Howard, making him incredibly hideous yet incredibly vain," one wrote on the Reddit thread. "He's had a ton of work done; the nose, the chin, various facial fillers, etc. Dead giveaway: dude weighs 80 lbs, but has a rounder, fuller face now than back in the 90s, when he was 30-50 lbs heavier." That's a good observation.

However, another fan disagrees. They don't think Stern "had a ton of work done" but just some "subtle" tweaks here and there. "He definitely doesn't have extensive fillers. If he does they're super subtle," the fan wrote. "He's got deep nasal labial folds (clown lines), crows feet and deep glabellar lines, all of which could be fixed by a filler like Juvaderm. It looks like he's using a bit in his cheeks to lift a sagging jawline, that's probably it for injections. I don't see any evidence of muscle paralyzing treatments (like botox or dysport) which would freeze the muscles on his forehead, temporarily removing (and slowing the spread of) lines." Sounds like an expert take, right?

Then another commenter brought up the hair issue. "'Wig knows wig" being ignored by Howard was Wendy's best shot at him, but I guess none of you college graduates caught that,'" they added on the Reddit thread. It was followed by someone's opinion on Stern denying the plastic surgery claims.

"Howard claims that his voice on old recordings is so high pitched because the tapes were old and now they are sped up on playback," they commented. "He cannot even admit he worked with a vocal coach to lower his voice and he uses modulation on his mic to lower his voice too. If he cannot admit he changed his voice for the radio, why would anyone think he would own up to all the plastic surgery he has done?" Oops...

What Howard Stern Has Said About The Plastic Surgery Rumors

In a 2006 episode of the Howard Stern Show, the host admitted to getting work done on his nose and getting liposuction on his chin. During The Revelation Game, he said he had "the hump" on his nose removed right after shooting Private Parts. He said it was such a minor adjustment that only his sister Ellen had noticed. However, he ended up sharing the secret with his co-workers, Robin Quivers and Gary Dell'Abate because he thought he had lost his voice from the procedure. He believed that the changes in his voice "were an occasional side effect of nose jobs" despite Dr. Sarno saying it was only in his head.

As for his chin, he had liposuction underneath it at the same time he got his nose done. He said he vowed never to get any more work done after experiencing so much pain from the surgery. His head was wrapped for five days following the procedure. Ronnie the Limo Driver recalled that Stern looked like "a mummy" days after the operations. He drove the host for days post-surgery. The radio host has obviously never denied the claims but fans believe he had more work done on his face. They're talking fillers, botox, etc. Well, maybe he'd admit to it during a new Revelation Game or maybe we should just leave the man alone.
