When Emmy Rossum's Fiona Gallagher left Shameless, it was one of the biggest characters that existed leaving the show. But it also opened the door for Jeremy Allen White's Lip Gallagher to take up the leading role before the show ends in 2020/2021. While Lip has made a lot of mistakes, he is one of the characters that we truly respect. That's because his heart is almost always in the right place.
The same can probably be said for Jeremy Allen White.
If you look at his real-life relationship history, parts of it appear a little sketchy. While the rest seems utterly romantic, touching, and even kind of hot. At least, the energy that he and his actor partner give off is quite intoxicating.

Their Relationship History Is Cloudy And Mysterious
Every Shameless fan knows Jeremy Allen White... and many of them crush on him. But he's crushing very hard on his wife, Addison Timlin. Addison is best known for her seductive and risque work in Californication and That Awkward Moment, as well as her touching work in the indie films Sleeping in Plastic, Submission, and Like Me.
According to Cosmopolitan, the details of Jeremy Allen White's relationship to the Californication star are fuzzy at best. The two first met on the set of Afterschool in 2008. From there, they became fast friends. Although there may or may not have been some romantic or physical chemistry between them.
The two became official in 2016, but they've been photographed together numerous times beforehand. This includes a photo they share with Jeremy's ex, his Shameless co-star, Emma Greenwell.
Some fans and news publications appear to believe that Jeremy was seeing Addison before his relationship with Emma ended. Adding proof to this was a comment that Addison said in an interview with Harper's Bazaar back in 2013:
"I've got a sweetheart who I will not disclose, but, yes, he'd be the guy. We have a nice foundation from being friends for a long period of time, and then it took a hard right turn into romance."
Of course, we have no idea who Addison was referring to, but it does sound like her relationship with Jeremy despite his involvement with Emma.
We don't know the dynamic between these three but given the fact that Emma's Shameless character (Mandy) was taken off the show, it's safe to say that she definitely didn't want to work with her ex once he moved on to another woman.
They Made Fans Sweat And Birthed A Baby
Jeremy and Addison have a thriving romantic relationship. At least, it seems that way on their Instagram. Addison has posted numerous thirst-trap photos of her man, and Jeremy appears to be all over it.
Both Addison and Jeremy were also victims of having their personal photos hacked, photos that definitely confirm what fans suspect goes on between them in their private life.
Their private life also led them to a surprise pregnancy...
Two years into their relationship, Addison announced that she was pregnant with their daughter, Ezer Billie White. The name "Billie" was taken from Jeremy and Addison's nicknames for each other, "Billie and Buddy", which they have tattooed on their bodies.
Yeah... these two are supremely affectionate with one another and it's downright cute.
In an Instagram post, Addison claimed she was thrilled to embark on the journey of parenthood with Jeremy. “We made a baby and my heart is bursting at the seams. Today is my birthday but my wish already came true. This is 27 and the best is yet to come.”
Not long after, Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson, Addison's best friend, was named the godmother.
Tying The Knot
In April 2019, Jeremy and Addison tied the knot at an intimate ceremony at a courthouse in Beverly Hills, California, According to The Daily Mail, the ceremony was attended by Dakota Johnson and her partner, Coldplay's Chris Martin.
During the ceremony, Jeremy and Addison wore jackets with "Til Death" on it as well as their "Billie and Buddy" insignia. It was their way of making the day special, skipping the pomp and circumstance that neither seems to be into.
Ever since the couple has been fairly quiet. It appears as though they are totally wrapped up in parenthood. After all, having a baby in the house is a lot of work. However, it's safe to say that Jeremy and Addison have each other's backs throughout the process. Jeremy has even raised Addison for her parenting, as well as claimed that he has learned a ton from her about being a parent.
Regardless of how the two found each other, Jeremy Allen White and Addison Timlin have a happy, healthy, and honestly touching relationship.
