These days, Adrienne Bailon is getting fit while she's self-isolating. She is best known for being a co-host on the popular daytime talk show, 'The Real', but she originally landed her big break as a teenager, as a member of the girl group, 3LW. The band, who once toured with the likes of Destiny's Child, Pink, and rapper Nelly, dominated the pop charts with hits such as No More and Playas Gon' Play, before an explosive feud that led to the third member, Naturi Naughton, being kicked out of the group.

After 3LW's disbandment, Adrienne continued her successful run in Hollywood. She was cast in the Disney Channel movie, The Cheetah Girls, which led to a major record deal with Def Jam. Might we add that she also shared a two-year relationship with Rob Kardashian, who later had a baby with Blac Chyna - Rob dated Adrienne up until their split in 2009. They broke up over claims the reality star had cheated on his then-girlfriend.

With all that she's done in her career, what else is there to know about Adrienne Bailon? We've got the lowdown.

13 She's A Co-Host On 'The Real'

In 2013, Adrienne Bailon was hired as one of the co-hosts on the popular daytime talk show, ‘The Real', alongside Tamera Mowry, Tamar Braxton, Loni Love, and Jeannie Mai. In January of 2020, producers fired Tamar and replaced her with Amanda Seales.

12 She Was Part Of The Girl Group 3LW

Before she became a talk show host, Adrienne landed her big break as a singer, in the platinum-selling girl group, 3LW. Together with her band members, Naturi Naughton and Kiely Williams, the trio produced a handful of hits between 1999 to 2002. Naturi left the group and was consequently replaced with Jessica Benson, who remained part of 3LW up until their disbandment in 2007.

11 The Group Had An Infamous Feud

Naturi has famously claimed in the past that one of the reasons she was supposedly forced out of the group was because of the drama between her and the other girls, which stemmed from an ongoing dispute with Kiely’s mother, Michelle, who was also their manager.

The ‘Power’ actress recalled the night she left the group, saying: “Kiely throws her plate of food all in my face — mashed potatoes, macaroni all in my hair, down my clothes, messing up my [hair]do.”

“Nobody has the right to hit me. That's not what I'm here for, ... to be physically abused. So I said, 'Get me a flight back to Newark, New Jersey,' and they wouldn't even help me get a ticket.” She also lost contact with Adrienne soon after that happened.

10 Adrienne Apologized For Her Past Actions On TV

In May 2017, Naturi made an appearance on ‘The Real,’ where she was reunited with her former band member, and while they didn’t give off the impression they were still friends, what’s happened in the past has remained in the past.

Adrienne took the time to publicly apologize to Naturi for her wrongdoings in the group, particularly since they stopped talking after the infamous incident involving Kiely’s mom.

9 She Was Part Of The Cheetah Girls

She had already proven herself to be quite a powerhouse when it came to her vocal abilities, so it's no surprise that Adrienne landed the part of Chanel Simmons in Disney’s TV movie, ‘The Cheetah Girls,’ which became such a hit that the network ordered an additional two flicks. The films grossed Disney millions in revenue, thanks to merchandise, soundtrack sales, and a nationwide tour.

8 She Lived In India For Six Months

For the third installment, Adrienne and her co-stars, Kiely Williams (also formerly of 3LW) and Sabrina Bryan, flew out to India for six months to start making the motion picture. Adrienne briefly spoke about her experience living for half a year in another country, describing it as one of the best times of her life.

7 She's Married To A Gospel Singer

In 2016, Adrienne Bailon married her longtime partner, Israel Houghton, who's a Christian singer/songwriter. The couple recently purchased a brand new home in Los Angeles and they plan on starting a family in the near future. Israel already has four kids from his previous marriage to his ex-wife, Meleasa Houghton.

6 She Once Dated Rob Kardashian

Long before Rob Kardashian was dealing with baby mama drama involving his former flame, Blac Chyna, Adrienne Bailon was considered the reality star’s true love. They started dating in 2007, right around the time ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ took off, but they ended up calling it quits in 2009. As previously mentioned, there were reports claiming Rob had allegedly cheated on her.

5 She's Still Good Friends With His Family

Despite splitting with Rob, Adrienne has remained on good terms with the Kardashians, who have shown their support for her by making appearances on her talk show. There’s clearly no ill feelings between Rob and Adrienne at this point, especially if she’s still cool with his sisters.

4 She Used To Hate The Sound Of Her Voice

In January 2015, Adrienne revealed on ‘The Real’ that one of the reasons she stopped singing is because she never liked hearing her own voice - and that’s despite having sold millions of records worldwide. She opened up about her anxiety battle to her co-hosts, sharing: “I’m scared to fail. So I've had this solo album that I have been saying is coming now for the last five years. I'm scared to fail. I don't like the sound of my own voice.”

3 She Was Once Signed To Def Jam

After ‘The Cheetah Girls’ came to an end with its third installment, Adrienne landed herself a record deal with Def Jam, where she planned on releasing her debut studio album. And while she went on to drop a handful of songs in 2009, Bailon never ended up putting out a full body of work, which may have been due to low sales generated from the singles she had put out.

2 She Had Her Own Reality Show

Adrienne changed career paths when she signed up for her reality show, titled 'Empire Girls: Julissa & Adrienne', on the Style Network in 2012. She and her best friend, Julissa Bermudez, had a camera crew document their lives as they navigated their way through Hollywood- they were trying to land their ultimate big breaks in the entertainment industry. The show only lasted for one series.

1 She Starred In A Movie Alongside Ja Rule

Following her short-lived run on reality TV, Adrienne carried on with acting when she was cast as Vanessa Leon in 2013’s ‘I’m In Love with a Church Girl.’ The release of the motion picture was initially pushed back, following Ja Rule’s 2011 sentencing to two years in prison after pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon.
