Snoop Dogg and Iggy Azalea had one of the biggest celebrity disputes back in 2014. For some reason, the rap legend had targeted the newcomer rapper in a series of increasingly nasty jokes on social media. Now that it’s already 2021, do the rival rappers still feuding with each other?

Snoop Dogg And Iggy Azalea’s Instagram Feud

The feud started in 2014 when Snoop posted an unflattering photo of a blonde man on Instagram, along with the caption, “Iggy Azalea with no makeup.” He continued to attack the lady rapper by sharing a handful of memes that compared her to Marlon Wayans in the comedy movie, White Chicks.

Iggy, on the other hand, responded with a flurry of rants on Twitter. She wrote at the time, “Why would you post such a mean pic on insta when you send your bodyguards to ask me for pictures every time we are at shows?” She added, “Every time I’ve ever spoken to you you’ve been nice as hell. I’m disappointed you’d be such an a** for no reason.”

But this did not stop Snoop, who also had a diss war with fellow rapper Eminem, from targeting Aussie star. Snoop shared more memes, including one that seemingly referred to the 'Fancy' rapper as “b***h” – which prompted Iggy to hit back. She tweeted, “Glass houses, Snoop Dogg. I’m a ‘b***h’ because I called you out for being a secret fan? Grow up and god bless.”

After some back and forth clash between the two, Snoop ended it with an apology – to which Iggy accepted. He posted an Instagram video announcing that the feud was over. He wrote in the caption, “It’s over I’m bac on my cool…no harm no foul.” It was ended through the help of rapper T.I, who manages Iggy.

Snoop said in the video, “I just got off the phone with my homeboy Tip, the king of Atlanta, and it’s officially over. No more bad talk. I apologize, Yeah, I apologize, I’m sorry. I won’t do it again.” Iggy promptly accepted the apology and tweeted, “I appreciate the apology @snoopdogg…Let that be that people, time to focus on the positive things I’ve got going on. No time to dwell on the negative.”

Are They Still Feuding?

Snoop remains active on Instagram and other social media platforms, giving fans some updates of what's going on with his life. He has been sharing family videos, releasing new music, working on his different ventures, and even appearing on podcasts.

On the other hand, Iggy took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute to her only child, whom she shares with Playboi Carti, while posting photos of the boy. She wrote, “Happy 1st Birthday to my favorite person in the entire universe! I never thought I could love anything or anyone this much, Onyx you’re a joy. Your happiness is my happiness.”
