For Ivanka Trump, the answer is a “hard no.” The former First Daughter has hinted that she would like to get in the political game herself; some sources even allege that a Florida Senate run is on the horizon for the Republican.
Nonetheless, it’s been nothing but radio silence from Ivanka’s Insta ever since she and her family stepped away from the White House. Now, we are starting to wonder: Is Ivanka okay?
Ivanka And Donald’s Bitter Feud
Donald Trump is the only president in the history of the United States to ever face two impeachments. The controversial politician has relentlessly lied about election results, tweeted about conspiracy theories and even encouraged an angry mob to attack the US Capitol.
Perhaps as a result of all this drama, Ivanka Trump has been trying to distance herself from her father. The ex-president’s favorite daughter even spoke out against his decision to “boycott” Inauguration Day in a totally savage last-minute move.
If that wasn’t feud-worthy enough, some sources allege that Ivanka originally planned on defying her father and attending the event. The ex-First Daughter reportedly didn’t want to “sully” her name by appearing too closely associated with Donald.
Nonetheless, Ivanka eventually did decide to remain home for Joe Biden’s big day. And it’s been nothing but crickets from her Insta ever since.
The Silence After The Storm
In the last week or so following Donald’s exit from the White House, Ivanka has gone silent on social media.
The former presidential adviser is generally an active member of Instagram, where she typically shares photos of her family. On a normal week, Ivanka would post a shot of either her children or a GOP event.
Lately, however, Ivanka’s posts have completely halted.
It’s quite possible that the political hopeful will use this time to rebrand herself as a potential candidate in the next elections. However, it’s still way too soon to tell. In the meantime, we will keep an eye on Ivanka’s accounts to see whether she’s serious about portraying a version of herself that’s not so attached to dear old dad.
