Jamil and Morgan have repeatedly butted heads on social media, from everything regarding online bullying to the recent presidential elections.

Morgan most recently walked off his morning television show after his cohost called him out for his repeated attacks on Meghan Markle, particularly in light of her most recent interview with Oprah. Morgan has frequently called Markle a liar and has accused her of wanting attention. The network has accepted his decision to exit the show releasing a statement to say, "ITV has accepted this decision and has nothing further to add".

It is clear that Jamil is pleased with this exit, as are many Meghan Markle fans who find Piers to be a bully.
