BTS is trending on Twitter once again, and this time James Corden might not be too pleased to know why.

Corden, who seems to think he has more fans than he actually does, may have lost a few more following his remarks about the BTS Army on The Late Late Show last night.

Talking about the South Korean supergroup, who were visiting the UN as a special envoy to South Korean President Moon Jae-in, Corden described their visit as "unusual."

"The United Nations General Assembly kicked off this morning in New York City, and it started with some pretty unusual visitors – BTS were there," the 43-year-old tv personality started the segment with.

But according to the Army, there was nothing unusual about the visit. Twitter was quick to point out that, as stated by band member Jimin, this was actually their third visit to the UN.

"Jimin said: 'I believe this is our second visit. Including our online address, this is our third visit to the UN.' Now tell me how the hell they are unusual visitors??? I expected way better from James Corden," wrote one angry fan.

But Corden only further provoked the ire of the Army as he continued, "Lots of people were saying, why are BTS there? The world leaders have no choice but to take BTS seriously. At the end of the day, BTS has one of the largest armies on planet Earth."

"Historic moment. It actually marks the first time that 15-year-old girls everywhere found themselves wishing that they were Secretary-General António Guterres," he concluded.

Corden had long been a friend to BTS, inviting them on his show frequently, even including his BTS nickname of Papa Mochi in his Twitter bio. But his latest move seems to have stretched the limits of the Army's patience.

"The James Corden thing really has me remembering that so many celebrities pretend to care about BTS when they really don’t…," wrote one unimpressed fan.

"The last time I checked I'm earning my own money, working 8 hours a day, paying for my own merch, etc. DO I LOOK 15 TO YOU, JAMES CORDEN?" questioned another.

"James Corden, as a teenage girl myself I just want to take a moment to say leave us alone. I’m not brainless for liking a boy band, and neither does me liking a boy band invalidate their achievements. Stop using my gender and age as a way of mocking other people and what they do," wrote another fan, whose tweet gained almost 20 thousand likes.

Corden's slight against the BTS Army is just the latest in a string of actions that have left the internet more than unimpressed with the television host. Just last month he angered LA residents after blocking traffic to film an ill-conceived skit promoting his film Cinderella with Camilla Cabello. Earlier in the summer, critics were unimpressed with his inclusion in the Friends reunion, as well as his position as a successful straight white man playing a gay character in Ryan Murphy's The Prom.

Welcome to the Corden hate train, Army!
