James Corden Raps To Recap All 7 Seasons Of "Game Of Thrones" (In Case You Needed A Refresher)

As fans eagerly await the arrival of the eighth and final Game of Thrones season, they may be realizing they've forgotten some pretty big aspects of the previous seasons. After all, it's been almost two years since we last saw a new episode! Thankfully, late night talk show host James Corden has come to our rescue and offered an entertaining rap refresher for anyone who needs it. Which honestly is probably a lot of us.

The seventh season of GoT left us with so much to chew on that we're still trying to digest it, but ready or not, winter is coming. George R. R. Martin's incredible story is about to come to an end (sob) but we've been gifted with so much drama, deception, and action over the years that we can only be grateful. Plus, with a prequel in the works, we might not have to say goodbye to Westeros forever, which could dull the pain of saying goodbye to Jon Snow and Dany.

The series stars the likes of Kit Harrington and Emilia Clarke, both in leading roles. Prior to this, both of the Brits were unknown actors. Now at new heights of fame, they're likely to have long, illustrious careers in front of them. Richard Madden, who starred as Robb, has enjoyed great success in his new Netflix series The Bodyguard, while Peter Dinklage continues to work on other projects.

While it's great to look at what's to come, it's also a good time to look back at everything that's happened in the show up until this point. It can be confusing as heck though, so James Cordon broke it down in a nifty rap that left us positively shook.

SPOILER ALERT: If you haven't started watching GoT yet, then you may want to look away now. The Late Late Show host managed to stay on point with his skilled verses, starting out from season one and covering all of the major events.

Remember when Bran was pushed out of a window, or when Ned Stark was beheaded? Yeah, he got all of that. Impressively, the actor-turned-presenter didn't really falter at all but carried on with his impressive rap for a solid 3 minutes. It's a wonder he didn't turn as blue as a white walker.

If you're battening down the hatches and watching the first episode of the series tonight, then you might want to watch James' rap in the link above. You'll have a great refresher before the epic final battle for the throne begins. What's better than that?
