"Self-awareness is key," she continues. "I've really gotten a lot out of therapy. Just being a public person, there's a lot of amazing things that come with that. But there's also a lot of tough stuff, because we're only human, and we tend to walk around with bulls-eyes on our heads."

""For me, I meditate every day — and sitting quietly, writing," she says. "That's enough. And any kind of yoga practice is my meditation," she told People.

"I'm in a really peaceful place. I have a job that I love, I have people in my life who are everything to me, and I have beautiful dogs," the Friends alum says. "I'm just a very fortunate and blessed human being."

Despite the fact that the media hasn't always been kind to Jen, her relationship with the fans has been an emotional one at times, especially during this particular moment.

The incident took place back in 2014 at the Toronto International Film Festival. Jennifer Aniston was leaving the venue, entering a black SUV. As she was leaving, Aniston completely rolled down her window, waving at the fans. It turns out, there was one big super-fan there who was dying to meet the actress.

"My friend has a tattoo," a woman yelled. Turns out, her friend played a major part in getting the tattoo noticed. When the SUV stopped, Jennifer was able to see the tattoo, which was her name written on the fan's arm. Aniston's reaction was the most Rachel Green thing ever, getting emotional and saying, "OMG, I love you so much."
