French comedian, Jean-Marie Bigard must pay Jennifer Lawrence, 20,000 euros for publishing private photos of the actress.

On October 8th, Jean-Marie Bigard was sentenced by the French courts to pay the money to Lawrence for "moral damage suffered as a result of the violation of her privacy and the right of which she has on its image."

This is not the first time an unwarranted photograph has been leaked into the press for Jennifer Lawrence.

"Indeed, last July, Bigard magazine had published photos of the naked actress, which had been stolen by a hacker in 2014. The latter had posted on the Internet many personal photos of stars, stored in the cloud. Among them, there was, in particular, a photo of Jennifer Lawrence intended for her boyfriend at the time, showing her in the nude. Since then, the actress of Katniss in Hunger Games has continued to track down those who broadcast these images: Google has thus erased "tens of thousands" and the hacker has been condemned."

This is unfortunately not Jennifer Lawrence's first rodeo when it comes to hackers and thieves. Thankfully, the situation with Jean-Marie Bigard is under control and has not been taken lightly.
