Jennifer Lopez has shared a sweet tribute to her sisters to mark #NationalSistersDay.

The singer and actress posted a series of pictures with her two sisters, Lynda and Leslie, on Sunday, August 2. National Sisters Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of August every year.

Jennifer Lopez Celebrates Sisters Leslie And Lynda

J. Lo made a collage using four different pictures, portraying the Lopez sisters at different age. The collage also includes an adorable family snap of when they were just babies, juxtaposed to a more recent trio picture and two separate portraits.

Lopez grew up in the Bronx, NYC with her parents Guadalupe and David, and older sister, Leslie, and younger sister, Lynda, who now works as a journalist.

Lynda reposted J. Lo’s story on her own Instagram page, adding the hashtag #sistersquad. Leslie, a music teacher at a charter school in the Bronx, appears to be more private and is not very active on social media.

Lopez And Shakira's Super Bowl Halftime Show Got Four Emmy Nods

Lopez recently made headlines for the four Emmy nominations she earned with Colombian popstar Shakira on their joint Super Bowl halftime show. The two performed honoring Latin American culture in one of the best Super Bowl shows in recent years.

The Emmy nods, including one for Best Variety Special (Live), came after Lopez was snubbed at the Oscars for her Golden Globe-nominated performance as Ramona on dramedy Hustlers.

Lopez's Relationship With Alex Rodriguez

The American-born Puerto Rican singer is now in a relationship with former baseball player Alex Rodriguez, also known as A-Rod. The pair have announced their engagement in March 2019 and have been spending lockdown together, blessing their fans with Tik Tok videos staged by Lopez’s kids and Rodriguez’s daughter, Ella.

J.Lo gave birth to twins Emme and Max in 2008, during her previous marriage to singer Marc Anthony. While pregnant, she revealed twins run in her family, explaining her sister also gave birth to twins. The singer presumably referred to Leslie as Lynda only has one child, Lucie Wren, with boyfriend Adam Goldfried.

Jennifer Lopez was previously romantically linked to actor Ben Affleck and rapper Sean Combs. She became engaged to Affleck, who is also featured in her video Jenny From The Block, in November 2002, but the pair called off the engagement in 2004.

Lopez’s marriage to Rodriguez will be her fourth, after that with Marc Anthony — to whom she was married until 2014 — and previous, brief marriages to Cuban water Ojani Noa and to one of her former back-up dancers, Cris Judd. Both lasted less than a year.
