Although Jennifer Lopez is considered among the elite in Hollywood, some of her peers have taken exception to her actions. Among that list, includes rival Rosie Perez, who claims Jennifer Lopez would take advantage of wardrobe and makeup, just to push herself ahead of others. Melissa Villaseñor had a different type of reveal, discussing a story that took place alongside Jennifer Lopez on Saturday Night Live. According to Villaseñor, Lopez wasn't willing to poke fun at herself. Kind of like Steven Seagal during his failed cameo on the show... When looking back at some of the worst SNL hosts ever, Steve Seagal's name will always come up among the very worst. David Spade made some big reveals about his time on the show alongside Seagal. According to Spade, Seagal just wasn't willing to poke fun at himself, and kept turning down material.

Spade revealed, "We had something [in the monologue] where he throws in kicks or something, and it would have been amazing. And I think we walked up and get kicked and fall down,” said Spade.

“He said he would do it, but he just ‘talked it.’ He wouldn’t do it. He wouldn’t play at all, and then in the other sketches, he was fighting us.”

Dana Carvey also saw a plan of his get refused. He wanted to dress like an Austrian bodybuilder who idolized Arnold Schwarzenegger. Again, Seagal wasn't willing to do so, as he didn't want to look weaker than Arnold given a certain line in the monologue.

Now we're not going to suggest that Jennifer Lopez's situation was as bad, however, she did turn down a certain pitch for the most ridiculous reason, involving a color.

Melissa Villaseñor's excitement of working alongside Jennifer Lopez quickly diminished once her pitches for a skit were quickly shot down by the star. Speaking with the A.V. Club, Melissa Villaseñor planned to do a skit featuring a serious version of Jennifer Lopez, however, she wasn't having it.

Villaseñor recalls the moment, "My JLo impression is very specific,” she said. “It is kind of the J. Lo that’s very serious. When I met J. Lo, I think I did my impression for her, and she was like, ‘I don’t see it.’ I love J. Lo. I mean, truly a legend. I was telling her, ‘Oh, maybe I can imitate you in a sketch. You know, I could walk around your house and pretend I’m like J. Lo and be like, my favorite color’s blue."

It was at that point in where things took on awkward twist, as J-Lo didn't deem the sketch believable, because everyone knows her favorite color isn't blue...

"J. Lo grabbed me. She was like, ‘Baby, my favorite color is green. Everyone knows that," Villaseñor revealed.

Although J-Lo's reasoning seemed to be a tad bit ridiculous, it wasn't the first time she made things difficult for a TV project.

Jennifer Lopez Has Strict Demands When It Comes To Appearing On Television

Danni Minogue is to be credited for this reveal. According to the pop star, Lopez refused to perform on Top of the Pops during the '90s, due to the fact that her dressing room wasn't entirely white.

"I was at Top of the Pops and was told Jennifer Lopez was on her way, but she refused to perform unless her backstage room was redecorated," Minogue revealed with Daily Mail.

She continued, "I was told everything had to be white, including the sofa. I asked to go in and see the room as she wasn't there in that moment... I was lapping up every detail."

Without a doubt, J-Lo holds her talent in high regard, and that has been apparent throughout her career - both on-screen as an actress, and on stage as an artist.
