Celebs getting a nanny is understandable, given their hectic schedules. However, that exact part makes it an uphill battle for a nanny taking care of their children. It requires constant care and quite the demanding schedule. Madonna was one of the many celebs to lose her nanny, again due to the crazy hours involved. Thankfully, the flip side also exists. Jessica Alba took to social media, praising her nanny and the brilliant work she does for the family. It doesn't always have to end poorly... We'll take a look back at the reason her nannies weren't sticking early on, and how she approaches motherhood these days.

Jennifer Lopez Admitted Motherhood Isn't Easy

With a net worth of $400 million, J-Lo has earned massive success in the world of entertainment. However, she quickly learned that things are different in the world of motherhood. The children need you and Lopez revealed when she isn't living up to her side of it, the kids will always let her know.

Lopez would also reveal that the process itself of being a mom isn't easy. Prior to the journey of motherhood, Lopez judged her friends, thinking it would be a lot easier.

"You cannot imagine what it’s like to be a mom until you are a mom. I used to give my friends who have kids advice all the time, and they would look at me like I had three heads. And then, when I had you two, the minute I had you two, I literally apologized to all my friends.”

Even with a packed schedule, J-Lo revealed that the kids always come first, before anything else. "I love what I do. I love my kids and they come first, and everything else falls into place after that. I take it one day at a time, trying to do the best I can."

Giving birth to her twins, J-Lo needed some assistance. However, things would not turn out to be all that great for her nannies.

Jennifer Lopez's Ridiculous Schedule Would Lead To Two Nannies Quitting In A Matter Of Weeks

Jennifer Lopez had both Emme and Max back in 2008, alongside ex-Marc Anthony. Given her demanding work schedule, intermixed with the fact that she had two at once, the process was a little harder. Therefore, Lopez required some extra help from a nanny.

According to Today, the search for a nanny was not easy. J-Lo's first nanny barely lasted a week given her ridiculous schedule, which almost required 24-hour care of her children.

Today writes, "That grueling schedule allegedly led the first nanny to leave after just one week of watching the wee ones."

It was also said that the couple was willing to pay a premium for a devoted nanny but ultimately, the schedule was too much. Even the second nanny eventually backed out.

“They hired a second nanny, who was wonderful with the twins, but she couldn’t take working such long hours without a break,” the source said. “After that nanny resigned, the couple began desperately seeking nanny No. 3," the source wrote with Today.

In Lopez's defense, she's far from the only one in Hollywood to have a troubling relationship with a nanny...

Jennifer Lopez Isn't The Only Celeb To Make A Nanny Struggle Due To Her Schedule

A nanny isn't for all Hollywood celebs. The likes of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, along with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively decided against the process early on, and wanted to be hands-on with their children instead.

Maria Burgues, who was Mariah Carey's nanny, filed a lawsuit against the pop star. The nanny claims she was severely underpaid at $25 an hour, while her pay was also cut during travel time with the family. As if that wasn't difficult enough, Burgues made the claim in court that she was threatened and bullied by Mariah Carey's bodyguard.

Clearly, it was a forgettable experience for both sides, while Mariah Carey would also admit like J-Lo, she went through several different nannies along the way.
