"They had an extreme close-up of our tongues, and I'm telling you, the thing about the scene is that it's actually really sexy. I think Megan and I kissed really well together. We have similar kissing styles and it worked. We got it done for the masses."

4 Originally, 'Jennifer's Body' Was Supposed To Be Much Darker

"When I first set out to write this, I intended to write something very dark, very brooding, a traditional slasher movie, and then I realized about a third of the way into the process I was incapable of doing that because the humor just kept sneaking in. I have a macabre sense of humor. A lot of the things in the movie that are horrifying are funny to me. I’ve always said that I think comedy films and horror films are kind of similar in the sense that you can actually witness the audience having a physical release. They’re laughing, they’re screaming, it’s not a passive experience."

The screenplay for Jennifer's Body was featured in the 2007 Blacklist, a list of the best-unmade scripts of the year. Besides Jennifer's Body, other famous movies that were also on the list that year include Zombieland, World War Z, and The Wolf of Wall Street — all of which ended up becoming successful.

2 Megan And Amanda Revealed 'Jennifer's Body' Is The Favorite Movie They've Done

Both Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried admitted that Jennifer's Body was their favorite movie they starred in. Here's what Megan said:

"I always thought that I was probably gonna get shit on, but I thought it was a good movie, so it should get some good reviews. It’s still the thing I’m the most proud of: this and the arc on New Girl, which was my other favorite role."
