While many people are careful with their spendings since the coronavirus pandemic, it seems as if Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are doing the complete opposite, after purchasing a stunning mansion in Beverly Park over the summer of 2020.

Since there had been so much going on in the world, buying their incredibly expensive home in August last year somewhat went under the radar, as not many fans were even aware of how much the pair spent to acquire the supersized 90210 house.

Their list of neighbors, which include Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, Sofia Vergara, and Sylvester Stallone, is almost as impressive as the features that come with the enormous mansion — but wait till you find out how much Justin and Hailey paid for the property.

The two had previously told fans in 2020 they were looking to buy their first home together, and despite a rough year, they still made it happen.

Justin And Hailey’s Expensive New Home

In August 2020, it was revealed that Justin and Hailey had closed a $25.8 million deal to buy their 11,000-square-foot home, which boasts seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms in Beverly Park, Variety reports.

The property was built in the late ‘80s and was last sold in 2015 for $16.5 million, official real estate documents state. Danny Lubert, a Dubai-based real estate developer, owned the home for five years, during which he utilized the time to remodel the home from scratch, which included the installation of contemporary interiors, allowing him to increase the price by almost $10 million.

What’s interesting, however, is that when Danny first put the property up for sale in 2018, he was asking for a whopping $42 million before making several price reductions and switching realtors a handful of times.

When the gorgeous home was then resisted for $25.8 million while Justin and Hailey had been house hunting together, it made perfect sense for the couple to snatch up the mansion given that they were buying the mansion that had been heavily discounted during the pandemic.

It almost seemed like the perfect time to buy a house (at least for those who could afford it) since the prices of many homes had been slashed due to COVID-19.

Some other notable features about the pair’s home include checkerboard black-and-white stone floors, a stunning and elegant curved staircase, a spa-style bath with a golden chandelier that hangs from their tub, an infinity-edged swimming pool, and so much more.

Staying healthy at their crib shouldn’t be too hard since Justin and Hailey are also the proud owners of their personal gym, a full-size tennis court, and a soccer-sized pad of grassy lawn, which is big enough for some social-distanced outdoor workouts.

In February 2021, it was revealed that since Hailey and Justin were now living in their new home, they decided to sell their other $7.9 million Beverly Hills home just two years after buying the mansion.

The pair paid $8.5 million at the time, which meant they had taken a $500,000 loss, but one can assume they’ll probably make a fortune once they sell their current home, which was practically given to them for a major discounted price.

This property was much smaller than where the “I’m The One” hitmaker is staying these days. His former 6,100 square-foot home came with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Given how the pandemic does not appear to be slowing down anytime soon, buying a bigger home seemed like a relatively smart decision — not just because Hailey and Justin will probably make a big profit when they sell their Beverly Park mansion but also because they’re living together 24/7 now that both of their careers have halted due to the world crisis.

So if Justin wants to bring his friends over (while socially distancing, of course) Hailey can be at the other end of the home without ever having to make any contact with her husband’s pals.

Or perhaps they can use the extra space when they need some alone time from each other because married life, as we all know it, isn’t easy — particularly when there’s nowhere to go but to stay indoors.

The Canadian superstar has been teasing his follow-up to his fifth studio album Changes, which he released in February 2020.

The record was expected to be supported by a world tour but after the coronavirus outbreak, an official statement from Justin’s team revealed the concert trek had been postponed until further notice.

"In light of the current public health crisis, and with the deepest concern for all those being affected, Justin Bieber will be postponing all currently scheduled 2020 dates for The Changes Tour,” it was announced.

"While Justin – along with his band, dancers, and crew - has been hard at work preparing an amazing show, he has always put the health and well-being of his fans first and foremost.

“Justin is anxiously awaiting the opportunity to get back out on the road and perform in a space that is safe for everyone. He asks that his fans hold on to their tickets, as they will be honored as soon as the dates are rescheduled. Information on rescheduled dates will be forthcoming soon."
