Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly starting 2021 in a divorce court, according to reports.
Sources say that "divorce is imminent" for the rapper and reality star.
The rumors of a split follow a rocky year for the couple where they were spotted having "crisis" talks.
Kanye accused Kim of trying to "lock him up" and said he wanted to divorce her in a series of rambling Twitter posts.
Kanye also made an embarrassing failed run for the White House in 2020.
During his first presidential campaign rally, he told attendees that Kim had considered aborting their first daughter North.
A source told PageSix the couple are "done" and are currently in talks about dividing up their fortune after continuing to lead separate lives.
21-time Grammy winner Kanye is reportedly spending most of his time at his $14 million ranch in Wyoming.
It has been claimed that Kim has hired superstar lawyer Laura Wasser, who is the managing partner at the Family Law firm Cooperman & Mandles.
Wasser is also the CEO of the online divorce service, "It's Over Easy."
An insider claimed: "They are keeping it low-key but they are done. Kim has hired Laura Wasser and they are in settlement talks."
Kim has previously tried to protect and help her husband during his struggle with his bipolar disorder.
However the insider added: ''She is serious about taking the bar exam and becoming a lawyer, she is serious about her prison reform campaign. Meanwhile Kanye is talking about running for president and saying other crazy s**t, and she's just had enough of it."
But another source told People that Kanye is just as much over the marriage as Kim.
"[He] is completely over the entire family… He wants nothing to do with them," they said, adding that the rapper eventually found their long-running E! reality show "unbearable."
Fans of the rapper have been speculating online that Kanye will soon be spilling "Kardashian secrets."
"Kanye is not fake, that family is, it's going to be interesting, Kanye will start spitting out Kim's dark secrets. Watch this space," one fan wrote online.
"They got together after Kim's wedding/marriage to Kris Humphries when there had been backlash against the family because of how they milked it for attention," one comment read.
