Kanye West is Tweeting, and the world is listening.

If you're reading his Twitter feed, it seems you're going to be joining Kanye West in prayer.

He just posted a video that lists a whole bunch of causes, things, and people that he is praying for. His devout religious views are on full display... as is his complete unwillingness to dip into his own pockets to get the wheels of change in full motion.

Fans have taken to his Twitter page to vent their frustrations over his heavy preaching, accusing Kanye West of speaking empty words without doing anything to back them up.

Fans are unimpressed with Kanye's recent post. Considering his deep pockets, with an estimated net worth of 1.3 billion dollars, fans think Kanye West can take his preaching to the next level and put some money down towards all these good causes he is praying for.

Kanye West Prays For Armenia

Kanye West's religious views are on full display as he pours his heart out in prayer on social media. He starts first and foremost by paying homage to his wife's heritage, as he kicks off his list of prayers with a nod to those living in Armenia. He then goes on to list other people and causes that are near and dear to his heart, including prayers sent out to Breonna Taylor, and those affected by the pandemic. Fans took aim at the fact that West repeatedly updated his post a number of times before finally spelling Breonna's name right, and the hits kept coming from there.

This all sounds lovely, and fans admire West's compassion towards those he listed in his moment of social media prayer. There's just one problem. If he's praying for change, and a more positive outcome for all of these people and causes that he just rhymed out, would he not also be able to see that he is in a very privileged position and that he, himself, can be the driving force behind the changes that he's so publicly praying for?

Fans Want To See Kanye Take Action

With a cool billion under his belt and earnings continuing to roll in, it certainly seems as though Kanye West can do more than just pray for these great causes- he has the means to actually help them.

His Tweet may have been posted with the greatest intent, but after scratching at the surface of his ability to actually do something about it instead of just Tweeting his support, his message seems tone-deaf.

Fans want to see Kanye West step up to the plate and actually take action. One critic wrote; "you can tweet it a hundred times, but you won't do anything about it?" Another person wrote: "Prayers are great, but we need actions. Azerbaijan & Turkey's terror actions against civilians and innocent children should be condemned by western states. Turkey hiring Syrian jihadist mercenaries to fight against children is TERRORISM."

"Thank you, now please open your purse" is one of the most concise comments posted to his account that sums up what fans are feeling about this last Tweet from Kanye West.
