It's also "starting to hit home" for Ye that his ex-wife Kim Kardashian is gone, and he allegedly didn't take her threats of divorce seriously until she started dating Pete Davidson.

“Friends are getting really concerned that Kanye is off his meds again,” a source close to the Louis Vuitton Don told The Sun. "He says he doesn’t want to be suppressed - and he feels numb and like his artistic abilities are gone when he is on his meds."
Kanye has spoken out publicly about his struggles in the past, how he can’t produce the same quality of work while being medicated for his mental health issues. In 2018, the Yeezy mogul tweeted: "I cannot be on meds and make watch the throne level or dark fantasy level music. You don't make runaway on medication."
Kanye has been spending a lot of time on Instagram, where his posts have become so progressively erratic that the rapper posted a piece of paper with the words “My account is not hacked” written on it, just to prove it was him behind the posts.
At one point during Yeezy’s Instagram rampage, he asked his fans to scream at Pete Davidson as “at the top of their lungs” if they saw him.

For the most part, Kim has handled the situation gracefully, only responding once. In a statement, Kim said that his behavior was “hurtful” and that she’s saddened that Kanye has made co-parenting their children “impossible.”
