News that Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are getting a divorce has had just about everyone talking. According to Page Six, a "divorce is imminent" for the couple, who have been married for six years, and share four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

The news that the power couple will be going their separate ways had users on Twitter eagerly chiming in, including celebrities. Comedian Kathy Griffin, who was once the 40-year-old reality star's neighbor and is close friends with momager Kris Jenner, felt the need to address the situation.

Griffin, who is known to tell it like it is, believed that the KKW Beauty businesswoman "tried" to save her marriage and "tried everything to make it work."

According to Vanity Fair, a divorce was on the horizon after Kanye West's failed presidential campaign last year. During the same year, West sent out several manic tweets about the Kardashian family, including calling Kris Jenner, "Kris Jong-Un" and slammed both Kim and his mother-in-law after he claimed they were both trying to "lock me up."

The reality star ended up addressing her husband's tweets in a lengthy post in an Instagram story, again, defending his actions and publicly speaking about his bipolar disorder.

"Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand," Kim wrote.

Kim Kardashian West has reportedly already hired powerful divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who previously represented the reality star when she was getting divorced from former NBA player Kris Humphries in 2011. It has also been reported that Kanye West has been separated from Kim and her famous family for some time now, opting to stay at his Wyoming ranch for the holidays.

This will be Kim Kardashian West's third divorce.
