Klauber Brothers Lace is a lace company that was founded in 1859. They often trademark their patterns of lace, so they slapped Kylie and Kendall with a lawsuit in 2020 after they had suspected that the two stole their design for their own Kendall + Kylie lingerie line. The case has since been settled, but it's unknown for what sum.

9 Kendall Was Sued By Pizzaboyzzz For Creating Market Confusion

In 2017, Kendall dropped the very first episode of her radio show, 'Pizza Boys'. She promoted it on various platforms and events, which caught the attention of Pizzaboyzzz, an art seller with a very similar name and aesthetic.

According to People, the Pizzaboyzzz lawyer said that "they took the mark, they liked it, they went with it [and] they didn’t even contact us to try to get permission or anything. Just used it and then started a radio show talking about how great it is." In 2019, they came to an agreement and settled the lawsuit.

8 Kim Was Sued Over Her 'Kimoji' App

In 2015, Kim founded her very own emoji app, called Kimoji. Needless to say, it was an instant success. Fast-forward to 2019 when Kim was sued by David Liebensohn, a developer who claims that he helped the beauty mogul build the app. He was promised a fair share of the venture (60/40, to be precise), but according to his claims, Kim left him high and dry instead. He demanded at least $100 million from her.

Kylie and Kendall don't just follow the latest fashion trends, they create them! In 2017, they dropped a collection of vintage-looking T-shirts, featuring pictures of rock bands and famous hip hop artists and themselves. The backlash was almost instant as they used the images without the artists' or photographers' permissions.

Not only were they criticized by public figures, such as Sharon Osborne and Biggie Smalls' mother Voletta Wallace, they also received several cease and desist letters as well as a lawsuit. Kylie and Kendall pulled their collection from the market and publicly apologized.

Kylie and Kim are both beauty industry moguls and their products are manufactured by Seed Beauty. The company sued them for trade secret misappropriation since they both joined forces with Coty, Seed Beauty's competitor.

Kendall and Kylie weren't the only ones who faced a copyright infringement lawsuit. In 2017, Destiney Bleu, an indie fashion designer, accused Khloe of stealing her designs. Khloe's lawyers clapped back, claiming that the reality TV star had never seen Bleu's designs, but the designer offered proof that Khloe did in fact show interest in her work before. 4 Kendall's Involvement In The Fyre Festival Scandal

In 2017, Billy McFarland and Ja Rule founded a luxury music festival and enlisted many A-listers and influencers to promote it, including Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin Bieber, and Emily Ratajkowski. Since the event turned out to be a fraud and Jenner never explicitly said that it was a paid promotion, she was sued for $275,00o - the amount she allegedly made for promoting the event in the first place.

According to Forbes, the model settled the lawsuit for $90,000, which means that the entire venture was still very much profitable for her.

3 Kim & Khloe Were Both Sued For Posting Pics Of Themselves

Copyright is no joke, which is something that Kim and Khloe both had to learn the hard way, each in their own time. In 2017, Khloe posted a photo on Instagram that legally belonged to Xposure Photos, a photo agency, without crediting the photo. They sued her for any potential profits she made off the photo and prohibited its further use.

Kim, too, posted a photo of herself on Instagram without crediting the author, Saeed Bolden, and consequently faced a lawsuit in 2020. Since Kim's photos are used without her consent all the time and she's somewhat of a law aficionado herself, she filed her own lawsuit against a certain app developer who used her photo. She's demanding $10,000,000 in damages.

2 Kris & Kourtney Were Sued By Their Ex-Bodyguard

According to some ex-staff members, Kris Jenner isn't the best boss in the world. In 2020, her ex-bodyguard filed a suit against Kris for sexual harassment. In addition to that, he is also suing Kourtney and the company that employed him for creating hostile work conditions.

In 2021, the momager was slapped with two extra allegations: sexual misconduct and racist behavior. Her lawyer is denying all the accusations. They are yet to settle the matter at court.

1 Blac Chyna Famously Sued Rob, Kris & Kim

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's relationship has been filled with ups and downs, one of which is a highly publicized lawsuit that followed their break up. Chyna took it upon herself to sue the entire family for defamation and intentional interference with prospective economic relations. The couple had their own reality TV show, called Rob & Chyna, but it was cancelled after one season. Chyna believes that the momager was behind the show's cancellation and is seeking millions of dollars in damages. Jury trial is to follow in November 2021.
