This past Saturday, Keke Palmer shared a throwback video of her and Cole Sprouse dancing at Miranda Cosgrove’s birthday party. Palmer can be shown hugging Sprouse in the middle of a dance floor. They song they were dancing to was Rihanna’s “SOS.”

The two young actors have been friends since their Disney Channel days. Sprouse is best known for his role in the hit 2005 children's sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Palmer was on Disney for a short period before switching to Nickelodeon to film her own show True Jackson VP. She also appeared in the 2007 Disney Channel Original Movie Jump In!

However, the Hustlers actress has revealed in the past that she wanted to be more than friends with the Riverdale star.

In 2017, Sprouse posted photos of himself from a photoshoot with Luke Fontana. The caption read: “Got to shoot with photographer/internet celebrity @LukeFontana again yesterday. Thanks for the [camera emoji].”

Palmer saw the pictures and revealed to her followers that she had had a crush on him since 2007. "Oh mah Lord Cole. I guess it's time to admit that at all those Disney press junkets I was crushing on you 😩," she wrote in response to his tweet.

Palmer’s followers were surprised to hear this long-kept secret. Some fans commented with a similar fondness for the Suite Life actor. “We've all crushed on Cole, for good reason,” a Twitter user commented. The reply was followed by two heart-eye emojis. Another user commented, “Yass he is fyneee.”

In the same year, she talked about her feelings for Sprouse in an episode of Pretty Unfiltered with PopSugar.

“So freaking cute. Loved him since we were kids, but I never told him. I don’t know why I was acting like it was the 1940s. I’m like ‘We can’t be,’” she said. “He got finer and funnier. He’s over here looking like Leonardo Dicaprio. I can’t deal!”

The fans were right when they said it: We've all been there Keke!
