Kendall Jenner might be a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family, but she is living her life on her own terms. At 25 years old, she lives the furthest away from her momager Kris Jenner and has the most unique fashion sense. Kendall Jenner was born in November 1995 and grew up in a huge stepfamily. Besides growing up with Kris' three daughters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney, and son Rob, she also has two half-sisters from Caityln Jenner's first marriage, Burt and Casey Lynn Jenner.
And let's not forget about Caitlyn's second marriage: Kendall is also a half-sister to Brandon Jenner and Sam "Brody" Jenner. The family lived in Calabasas, an upper class LA suburb.

Growing up, Kendall was much more shy than her sisters. She recalled not having a lot of friends, unlike Kylie who was a natural at being a social butterfly. Kylie is two years younger than Kendall. Judging from their childhood photos, they were inseparable.
According to E!, Kendall thinks that she was raised in a normal manner. She had three role models who made the mistakes she didn't have to. She was repeatedly told 'Do as I say, not as I do.'
8 Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 1
When season 1 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired in 2007, Kendall was just eleven years old. As the series progressed, it became obvious that she is quite the black sheep of the family: she is not as prone to drama as her mother or her older sisters.
She didn't have a lot of screen time until later on when she decided she wants to be a model. Her introduction to the world of fashion was documented by the reality show, while she always knew how to keep her personal life private.
7 2012: Kendall Starts Working On Her Career
A few years had passed until Kendall started making her own waves in the world of entertainment. In 2010, she was signed by Wilhelmina Models and modeling projects started pouring in. She appeared on covers of Teen Vogue, American Cheerleader, Flavour Magazine, and several other magazines.
Kendall has dreamed of being a Victoria's Secret angel ever since she decided she wants to be a model and in 2012, her momager Kris helped her make her dream come true. According to Harper's Bazaar, Kris tracked down Russell James, the talent scout for VS models, and arranged a meeting. Kendall's beauty spoke for itself.
6 2014: Kendall Walks Runways All Over The World
Since none of her sisters are models and they all have children, Kendall feels left out in a way. But not neccessarily in a bad way. In 2014, the world saw her debut at the Marc Jacobs runway, wearing a see-through top. Jacobs invited the whole family to the event, but Kendall begged them not to come. This was her success and she didn't want to be overshadowed by her family.
According to Evening Standard, she was told to take off her shirt rightaway and since she had no problems with it, she was soon walking for Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy, and many more.
5 2015: Kendall's First Victoria's Secret Show
Kendall got her wish in 2015 when she joined her best friend Gigi Hadid and walked the Victoria's Secret runway for the first time. She instantly became one of the most famous Victoria's Secret models and joined both the 2016 and 2018 fashion shows.
By now, the whole world was buzzing about Kendall, but she was never involved in any scandals. She always kept her dating life on the downlow. She's been linked to several A-listers, such as Harry Styles, Justin Bieber, and A$AP Rocky.
4 2o16: The Controversial Vogue Covergirl
Kylie and Kendall both graced numerous magazine covers by the time they were 18. In 2016, Vogue announced that Kendall is their September covergirl, calling her 'the breakout model of her generation'. That didn't go down well with subscribers of the high-fashion magazine, though.
According to Business Insider, some fans of the magazine were outraged: "Anna [Wintour] famously did not even let swimsuit or lingerie models in her magazine for years, yet she accepts reality stars suddenly?" Kendall didn't let the negative backlash get to her. She called critics 'cyberbullies' and promised to stick up for herself.
3 2017: Pepsi
In 2017, the 21 year-old Kendall starred in a Pepsi commercial that didn't go down well with the public. Leaving a fashion show, she rubs off her lipstick and joins a group of protestors with an unnamed cause and solves police brutality with a can of Pepsi.
According to NBC News, activist DeRay McKesson said: "This ad trivializes the urgency of the issues and it diminishes the seriousness and the gravity of why we got into the street in the first place." It was definitely not the smartest career move, but it wasn't fatal either.
2 2018: Highest Paid Model In The World
By 2018, Kendall was a household name. In just four years, she became the world's highest paid model. She told Vogue that modeling isn't as fun and easy as it looks: “I don’t think that people understand how lonely it can be ... All you’re doing is traveling the world by yourself to do a job and then go back to your hotel by yourself. It’s a different life than you imagined.”
Kendall started experiences the downsides of being famous. For example, she was stalked: one night, she came home only to find an unknown man in her pool. The man, whose name is John Ford, ended up being deported to Canada.
1 2020: Kim's 40th Birthday & Secret Halloween Party
2020 wasn't an easy year, but the Kardashian-Jenners wouldn't know it. In October 2020, the world was enraged to see the family boasting with a luxurious vacation they took for Kim's 40th birthday. In November 2020, Kendall threw her own Halloween party, urging guests not to post anything on social media. Her costume might have won the event, but the bad publicity was definitely not worth it.
Kendall is the only lady from the Kardashian/Jenner clan that doesn't have children. She doesn't plan on having one anytime soon. After all, she has a lot of nephews to play with whenever she feels like spending some time with little bundles of joy.
