The reality shared the emotional lyrics to the song "Misty Blue" by her friend, singer Monica.
She highlighted the words: "Oh no, I can't, no I can't, I can't forget you," in her clip.
West seemingly admitted to cheating on the SKIMS founder on his new album "DONDA."
The 44-year-old rapper said in his Hurricane track: “Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always moving.”
According to Page Six, the 23-time Grammy winner also struggled with alcohol abuse.
One insider claimed to the site: “The song is in a way his testimony of everything he did wrong and taking accountability for their marriage breakdown.”
Last month, Kim shocked the internet as she wore a wedding dress and veil and dramatically joined her West on stage at his listening party for his new album.
Kim, 40, wore a Balenciaga Couture dress while walking out onto the stage at Soldier Field in Chicago for the final song of the show, "No Child Left Behind."

The appeared alongside West - despite the KKW founder filing for divorce in February.
At one point Kanye was seen beaming at his wife of seven years her as he clutched a bible in his hand.
As with the last two Donda listening events at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Kim brought all four of the couple's children along for the event.
The couple share daughters North, eight, and Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, two.
